It's a decent hotel, with quality that matches available price. Rooms are clean and nice, food is good and has a lot of choices to pick, often for dinner there are also special meals that cook prepares on the spot. Pool is nice and surprisingly deep but it's located on the sun so it can be very very hot and not healthy during the day. Hotel is really close to the beach and the center of Magaluf, maybe 5-10 minutes of walk but there are also restaurants, cafes and supermarkets right near the hotel. My main problem was noise especially at night but I solved it with earplugs (which you do need to sleep) and generally for Magaluf, there are rarely if any (I didn't find any) showers or at least just places to wash your legs so you have to walk all sandy and salty from the beach to the hotel to shower. That's also not hotel's fault. In general, this is a nice ratio of quality and price.

HSM Atlantic Park has been the best hotel experience we could have asked for. The room was incredible and immaculate, being cleaned daily with fresh towels every day. The staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The dining/bar staff treat you like family, especially Raquel and Carlos. They were lovely and so kind to us both, always smiling and laughing and taking great care of us. We honestly felt like royalty! During our stay it was my partners birthday. I asked the staff if I could buy a birthday cake for him and asked if they could not sing due to his anxiety and they said not to worry and later brought out a lovely cake for him and even stopped the other guests signing when the saw the cake. It was a beautiful moment and something I was incredibly grateful for. The food was amazing with a wide selection to try and something for everyone. The pool was immaculate and the sunbeds were lovely. The animation team/entertainment team were honestly the best! Beyza, Oscar and Mooreiny were fantastic! They constantly had different games and competitions to do and took part themselves, they felt more like friends playing a game than staff and it was a big comfort for me and my partner who struggle with social anxiety. The evening entertainment was fantastic every day, from quizzes and acrobatics to dance shows that the team rehearsed and performed themselves! Always mingling with the guests and making sure everyone gets involved! They even made sure they came and said goodbye to us on our last day and thanked us for taking part in their activities. We couldn’t have wished for a better group of people to spend time with. A wonderful experience all round. Will be making this hotel our yearly destination.

Very bad experience in this hotel! We were with a baby, so there was no kettle in the room, then we asked one in the room, worker in reception said that we can rent kettle for 10 EUR :))) . The bed was very creaky, the child would wake up from the noise every time we turned on other side. With a baby we get the room with a pool view, so all time there was very noisy, in the evening and nighttime as well. Then we asked for changed, worker in reception said they can not help!This is no where near a four star hotel , basic 3 star maybe or less. Pool does not open till 10am and it closes at 7pm even though people still around the pool, and everything looks very poor.Entertainment on the night time was shocking bad! It looked like school show :D The plus is that room was clean and towels changed! The staff were hit and miss some lovely ones and some not so nice. Ir was vareaty of the food, but everything cooked really bad. Overall it was ok but would never stay there again .

Our stay at this hotel was amazing as well as the staff being wonderful especially Oscar for making it a memorable and enjoyable stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean; and as for the meals served at the buffet restaurant, they were all delicious. We enjoyed the activites and entertainment provided by the hotel. They were all fun and worth the wait. The hotel is placed in a great spot as there is a bus stop just around the corner, with the beach just being a 10minute walk.

great hotel lovely staff very friendly very accommodating will come again for sure. We went to the beach very close and also cheap to Palma on the local bus, very easy to get, easy to pay for your fares on the bus. I would love to come back again, and I would recommend this hotel to anybody that Is thinking of coming here. Thanks to the staff.
