Terrible customer service. They won’t allow Hilton members do early check ins.

Average Hospitality Service, some F&B staff are rude, do not understand guest service,Majortiy of them are good , Chefs are great

Wonderful stay

So shock to receive a rotten welcome fruit basket with moldy peach, grapes and so on. Already told the manager in the reception, but no any follow-up action was taken, no apologized letter, no replacement. Luckily I spot it before my kids touching or eating. Couldn’t imagine consequence how we continue our summer long vacation For the location, it’s far away from city center. Definitely, not recommend to others. One positive comment, the staff in breakfast session were nice and friendly.

Great location. Staff are really friendly, helpful and kind. Lack of sunbed and have to pay for some!

Lovely hotel slightly out of town but highly recommend

Location was about 5 mins drive from Vila Da Nova Devasas train station and 10 mins walk to Camara Gaia subway station. It’s not that close to Porto city centre. You got to Uber or walk everywhere. No free water in room unless you’re a Hilton Honors Silver member and above, and that’s only for the 1st bottle. Items like cotton pads and vanity kits were not restocked unless requested. Hand towels were also provided on the first day only. Dental kits have to be requested as well. Kinda disappointed based on the fact that it was a stay for our honeymoon but even so water was chargeable at 6 Euros per bottle because I was only a Blue HH member. Towel racks were not available, only hooks. Otherwise great service from the ground staff who could speak English except for a waitress who couldn’t understand “no ham no bacon” for our omelettes! Simple breakfast served daily. We were also given a small cake to celebrate. Thanks for the stay.

酒店的服務人員很專業，有問必答，酒店的房間相對比較暗，有陽台，但已有時代感，酒店有室外游泳池，恆温室內游泳池，桑拿房，汗蒸房和健身房，孩子超喜歡，酒店房間內不提供免費飲用水，但可以自己帶容器去大廳接水，我們是從酒店旁邊的LIDL超市買的，相鄰的兩間房是可以開門互通的，這一點還蠻方便多口人一起出行，方便互相照顧，酒店的晚餐性價比不高，人多需等位，波爾圖城市景觀一般，各種圍起來在修建，但路易一世大橋值得一去

Gros problème de réseau internet. La wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans les chambres au niveau -1

Péssimo serviço de atendimento. Reservei um quarto para dois adultos e uma criança. Quando contactei a receção para solicitar a dormida de mais uma criança, foi-me dado um novo orçamento, onde deveria pagar mais do dobro do que o montante que já tinha pago. Acaɓámos por desistir do quarto, ainda que já estivesse pago para 3 pessoas. Lamentável...
