Interesting and good experience seeing elephants close up and feeding them. Location is a little far from city, need to drive or taxi arrange by the property.

The hotel is unique that you are able to have a close contact with elephants, I did arrange elephant morning call and bathing in the river, what a good experience for my family. The hotel is so close to nature that mosquitoes, flies, and other insects you can’t get rid of, you need to get along with them! It is not fair to compare the amenities with that of any five stars hotels in chiang mai, you can choose, pick or stay at a cozy five stars hotel with your family but I am quite sure it is not easy to have such a close contact with nature and elephants at any five stars hotels in the city. If you are looking for a nice swimming pool with a fruity smoothies in hands, this is not a hotel for you! If you are looking for a close contact with nature especially elephants, I am sure this is the hotel you are looking for!

Stayed for one night at the family room for 4 pax. Loved the view as the river is just right beside the room. The up close activity with the elephants & bamboo rafting were fun & memorable. Would be nice if the bathroom can be enhanced and upgrade the beds from queen bedded to king bedded.

Unique countryside stay with the elephants. Rooms were comfy and clean. Food at the restaurant was awesome too.

From the minute we arrived we felt at home, and looked after. The staff are very welcoming and warm, helpful and happy. The location is idyllic, with amazing views from our chalet of the river and the area is very well kept and tidy. We did the full days experience which included; elephant care, feeding, caring, trekking through the jungle with them and bathing in the river. It was so much fun and the staff very happy and knowledgeable. With lots of good opportunities for photos. Good shoes for trekking and clothes you don't mind getting muddy is a must. After this we had a lovely afternoon with a bamboo rafting experience, a drive up into the mountains for a picnic by a local waterfall. The chalet was very spacious, clean and had great facilities, including what looked like a new aircon system. The restaurant area was a little small but we always found a seat, with amazing views to the river and others bathing elephants. The food was very tasty. We recommend you arrange your transfer with the resort in advance because Grab and Tuk-tuk do not go up that far up the mountains. If you purchase the full day experience your transfer both ways will be included.

位置在湄旺縣，從市中心需要坐1小時車才能到達。但是由於有部份是山路，沒有街燈，只有反光板，建議應該要在白天到達，否則如我們晚上坐車去司機也會有一點壓力⋯⋯進入住宿的地方要經過一條鐵索橋，也算非常高，下面是一條河流，不過看上去也算是安全。離開的時候酒店的服務員用電單車幫我們運走行李，不用拿着行李過鐵索橋。酒店可以提供其他活動的服務。我們對服務也感到非常之滿意。夜晚時，在房間可以看到大象🐘睡覺，正👍

Le logement est très confortable par contre attention à la propreté de la salle de bain notamment la douchette des wc que j’ai due laver moi même à mon arrivée.. sinon le logement est confortable pratique et beau. Cependant ceci n’est pas un réel sanctuaire des éléphants dans le sens où quand ils ne sont pas en activité il sont attachés dans la terre ou en petit enclos! ils ont clairement plus de liberté dans les réserves naturelles de France ou même dans les zoo.. ce qui est fort dommage on paye pour admirer des éléphants heureux et en liberté ou semi liberté mais il n’en ai rien vue qu’il sont enchaîné ou dans un petit enclos tout le temps.. leurs comportements montre bien qu’ils ne sont pas réellement heureux et s’ennuie.. aussi certain montre des blessures/brûlure due aux chaînes ça m’a dégoûté de l’expérience plus jamais je ne participerai à ce tourisme qui est du mensonge et à qui aura la plus belle photo à poster. Les voirs ainsi m’a prisé le cœur j’ai testé 3 établissement différents et le discours que j’ai eu ici comme quoi si on les attaches pas ils se battent entres eux à bien faire le personnel soignant d’un réel sanctuaire vue que les éléphants vivent en groupe.. dommage qu’on ne puisse pas partager de vidéos afin de bien voir leurs comportements Aussi un éléphant été totalement isolé et pour le faire se rapprocher de sa chaîne afin de l’attacher ils ont utilisé des petits pétard.. une honte
