OYO Hotel Kaveri Mahal Madurai

Nice management, hotel is near to railway station and meenakshi temple. Foes things to rectify that mobile charger sockets did not work and no geyser. Room is small.

Location is very good all' nearby only walking distance bus stand & market for food hotel tour sports all good

Rooms not cleaned, cockroaches, no hot water, they provided towels after asking multiple times. The main guy at the reception want rude but had no smile or reaction on his face as if he did a favor on us. At the end the staff asked for tips from my parents which was a shocker for me. My parent did give them a tip without informing me. I wouldn't have given them any tips whatsoever.
