Great if you just want somewhere to sleep after a day sightseeing. The room we had was small as was the en suite but that was fine. It was very clean and comfortable. There are no other facilities (we asked for a kettle one night but they didn’t have one). It does have air conditioning which is great. The hostal is on the second floor of a lovely old building and there is a lift. It’s in a great location, really close to a metro stop but we walked everywhere we wanted to go. There are some lovely cafes, bars and restaurants in the local area. There was some noise from outside as expected being in the city and our room was close to reception so you could hear that too. It’s a budget hostal and exactly what you’d expect. But the staff are really lovely and we had a great stay.

Vergonzoso, hice una reserva para el día 13 de enero, por motivos médicos graves tuve que cancelar sabiendo la política de devolución del establecimiento, y para poder favorecer que pudiesen poner la habitación nuevamente en alquiler esa habitación esa noche, se lo comuniqué con un email informando de la situación y ofreciéndome a aportar informes médicos para demostrarlo, y así poder llegar un acuerdo para yo tampoco perder la totalidad de la reserva al ser debido a un causa de fuerza mayor demostrable, procedieron a la cancelación y volvieron a poner la habitación disponible, jamás se dignaron a contestar mi mensaje, perdiendo yo la totalidad de los 100 eur de la habitación ellos pudiendo volver a alquilarla, la misma noche que yo tenía reservada, 0 empatía, 0 humanidad, y muchísima menos profesionalidad, se aprovechan de la buena voluntad de la gente

La verdad que estuvimos alojados ahí 2 noches y una maravilla! La ubicación inmejorable,a pié de todo, la habitación tranquila y muy limpia,el personal increíble de amables y eficientes. Calidad y precio muy buena! Repetimos sin duda, nos hacen sentir como en casa!
