Great location near all of the major sites in the center of Madrid. The room was small but clean and well laid out, and everything worked as it should. Friendly front desk staff and cleaning service, and an excellent value for anyone looking to stay close to the action!

避雷！房間裏的空調是壞的，吹不出暖風。沒有吹風機，也沒有燒水壺，免費礦泉水也沒有，還需要額外付錢買。“被子”是由兩個床單和一個薄毛毯組成的。房間裏非常冷。而且房間特別小，隔音也很差，像青年旅社。非常不推薦。

위치가 너무 좋아요! 메인 광장까지 도보로 10분 안걸려요. 주변에 맛집, 쇼핑몰 많고 대형 primark가 숙소 바로 근처에 있어요. 방도 깨끗하고 넓고 good!

グランビア通りから少し中に入った所にあります。 街中なので食事や観光、買い物には困りません。 フロントの方はとても気さくです。 値段的に少し狭いかな？と思ってましたが部屋は広く、綺麗でした。ただお風呂場に髪の毛が何本が落ちてたのが気になりました…。 ヘアドライヤーは置いてないので、フロントで借りました。アメニティについてですが、固形石鹸、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープのみです。 Wi-Fiへの接続が不安定になることもなくとても良かったです。

Where to start... Here in Latin America, when you talk about a hostel you think of a backpacker hostel, with shared bathrooms, shared rooms with bunk beds and - hopefully - lockers to store your luggage. That's not the case in Spain where a hostel is a small, family-owned hotel, without some of the facilities of large chain hotels (such as restaurant, elevator, parking). The Ballesta is a comfortable and quiet hostel, located 1 minute walk from Gran Via, close to metro and bus stops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and dozens of shops. The staff is very courteous and gives you recommendations for your walk through Madrid. This hostel has an elevator. The room was clean and had enough for a short stay. They offered me a balcony overlooking a quiet street, which allows you to open the window if you dare against the cold winter nights in Madrid. I returned the following week and I will return when I have to stay in Madrid on my way to other cities.

It was a great location, clean, close to transport, an easy walk to things to do, and the staff was lovely. It was an incredible value for the price. I highly recommend it.

I liked everything. I'm happy that I choose this Hostal, and I certainly recommend to friends and family. It's near everything and people from the reception very kind. Also, the room very clean and the rest of the place.

It is good for money. Room is clean, laventeria is close to the hotel. Receptionist works nicely.

Fantastic front desk staff. Very clean and easily accessible from the fun area of Madrid. Room was also clean and much larger than we thought it would be.

Great location. Spacious room. No bells and whistles, but clean and comfy. In-room safe. Worth every penny. Would be great to have a hair dryer in the room and not to check one out at the reception.
