⚠️⚠️⚠️no es lo que está en la descripción de la página es un lugar horrible nada que ver con las imágenes, no nos hospedamos en el lugar por qué no es lo que está en la publicación, no te dan tu reembolso no cubre el perfil de la foto, revisen antes de contratar tiene malas reseñas muchas quejas de robo dentro de la habitación, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto 😡😡😡😡😡

The website says "pet friendly" yet they refused my cat entrance. Nowhere does it say cats are not allowed. I made a reservation for the same day and immediately wrote to ask about any extra fees to bring my kitty. They then told me cats are not allowed so I asked for a refund within less than an hour of booking. They refused. This is false advertising.

The accommodation does not correspond at all to the photos of the Studio with Terrace shown on Booking. It is very old and very damaged, see photos. It's a scam. Le logement ne correspond pas du tout au photos du Studio avec Terrasse présentées su Booking. Il est très vétuste et très abîmé, voir photos. C'est une arnaque. El alojamiento no se corresponde en nada con las fotos del Estudio con Terraza presentadas en Booking. Es muy viejo y muy dañado, ver fotos. Es un timo

I'm never coming back. The staff lies and cheats guests. The accommodation is like a hostel for workers. You can't hang your towels anywhere, the rooms are not soundproofed, they don't have fire doors. The beds are not for two adults, but at most a child and one adult. I do not recommend. You will be disappointed!

DONT STAY HERE. SO MANY BETTER OPTIONS NEAR BY. The hotel is a complete disappointment. The room looked like a dungeon. They have a horrible ventilation system and you can smell everything from the other rooms cooking. You can hear everything too, so if your neighbor uses the bathroom, you can hear it all. We asked to check out early as we were uncomfortable and we’re denied. Not even asking for a refund of the nights stayed, just to not be charged the nights we will NOT stay. The manager left on Friday and is the only person who can make the decision on our early check out AND HE WONT BE BACK UNTIL TWO DAYS. completely ridiculous. Not to mention they denied any refunds completely. If you’re a woman, it’s impossible to have any privacy, the other rooms can see right into yours and you’re forced to keep the curtains closed at all times otherwise exposing yourself. I was made feel very uncomfortable. The poor front desk was acomodable but the manager restricted any possible immediate solutions. For such a great area, it is a shame that they have such bad customer service being that it is so competitive with the AMAZING hotel options nearby.

Room was tiny. All the equipments are old. Bathroom is a joke. And air conditioner is not working. This is our second night and we will sleep at cold again. Its not like the photos. Location is fine but you can sleep middle of the gran via street and it would be same with this fake apartment. I strongly not recommend this place to anyone.
