The hotel is located in a good neighbourhood, close to two supermarkets, the metro station is 10 minutes away, the room was great but there were hairs on the bed sheets, though the rest of the room was clean and the room was cleaned every day

A bit far from the city centre, but the room is very clean, breakfast is also good.

Todo perfecto, personal muy amable, el hotel super nuevo y acogedor, el desayuno super completo, el que el zumo de naranja que fuera recién exprimido nos encantó. La única pega fue que no quedaba jabón en la ducha, y al llegar de madrugada no pudimos pedir el recambio.

Al igual que el de Granada todo perfecto, instalaciones, habitación… todo en perfecto estado y limpio, te puedes sentir cómodo. Servicio de comida a petición y desayuno de maravilla

Uma boa experiência! Hotel limpo, moderno e com profissionalismo. O hotel fica a 6km do centro de Madrid! Não é muito grande, mas tem tudo o necessário. O quarto tem tamanho razoável para uma estadia que serviu para dormir. Os lençóis limpos e toalhas branquinhas. As recepcionista atenciosas e com paciência. A particularidade chá ,café e chocolate quente a qualquer hora. O pequeno almoço com sumo natural de laranja. Não percebo só duas estrelas. Bom parque de estacionamento!

El hotel es muy chulo, la habitación muy bonita. Tiene detalles excelentes, cama cómoda y las toallas están guardadas y precintadas en bolsas de tela. La atención en recepción es fantástica. Pero miren, el WiFi no funciona. Al no tener contraseña todas las web lo consideran una conexión poco segura. Es que no funciona. Y la cobertura de datos de Internet de cada cual, al estar en una habitación, no tienen la velocidad que deberían tener. Para personas que viajan por trabajo o negocios es un inconveniente grande. Ni siquiera puedo subir fotos, de lo lenta que es la conexión. Igualmente, no hay un bar alrededor salvo a 20 minutos andando. Si el hotel tuviera bar o cervecería, sería un plus. Pero está ubicado en una zona de naves y habría que tenerlo en cuenta. Gracias.
