Khách sạn này, gần sân bay Madrid, có vị trí tốt và ở một nơi yên tĩnh, có chỗ đậu xe và thậm chí có bóng râm. Khách sạn có đủ tiện nghi và chất lượng để nghỉ ngơi trước chuyến đi. Không có hồ bơi nhưng có khu vực ăn sáng và ăn sáng muộn. Phòng dễ chịu, nệm rất sạch sẽ và thoải mái, có sẵn nước. Tôi khuyên bạn nên 🥰

Excellent value for the €€ and brand new. The shuttle operates at the weirdest times though…

This was a great stay for an over night stay before flying staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable

It was okay, but its location was very frustrated me. There are many hotels in such an industry area.. absolutely no shops at all. We arrived at dinner time, there are nowhere to buy foods and snacks except vending machines and its own cafe. We ended up calling uber to go to nearest shop which was carrefour express ( petrol station)and uber back. If we knew the location like that we won't choose this hotel. Well, other than that it was ok.

Shuttle from/to the airport. Not too difficult to reach the city center by the public bus+metro (change at Avenida de America).

Nice hotel within budget which is kinda close to the airport. Rooms were a big small, but that’s understandable because of the budget, however the hotel services were excellent. Their only thing I think they should improve is their breakfast, they didn’t have the best breakfast items and they also didn’t taste good.

Small room, but great location. Very clean. No restaurant in the hotel, but Uber eats gets there fast.

Hotel shuttle did not pick up at at the scheduled time despite a reservation

We booked the hotel for transit. The location is a bit far from the airport but the room itself is fine.

It was a great stay for 1 night nearby the hotel. Clean, tidy and everything we needed.

This hotel is nearly impossible to access without a vehicle. Public busses going in to town pass by a 7-8 -minute from the hotel but otherwise the location is not convenient at all to access public transportation. The people at the front desk were decent but very lacking in overall customer service. I ordered the shuttle bus to the airport but no one told me that the "waiitng area" was actually outside the hotel property and down the street. Five minutes after my arranged pick-up time, I asked, "where does the bus come?", thinking it would obviously pull into the large parking lot. I was told I had to walk down the street towards the Holiday Inn and wait on the corner. There was no signage at all. Luckily, the bus was approaching just as I walking dow the street so I flagged it down but I very easily could have been left high and dry. I was not impressed. When booking the shuttle the front desk staff should have communicated the pick-up point to me - and there should be clear information available showing the pick-up area. In addition, the breakfast selection was decent but nothing special. I pointed out that there were ants or termites crawling on the coffee machine the first morning and it was the same the second morning, along with them crawling on the floor next to my table. Overall, I was unimpressed with the level of service and accomodation for the price.

There is no hair-dryer in the room but you can ask for one at the front desk. There is no telephone in the room to contact front desk either so you have to go down if you have questions or requests. The hotel serves breakfast in the morning but otherwise you need to go to the Holiday Inn Hotel down the street for a drink or meal.

Perfect for a quick Stop over - Breakfast was fair .
