Cerana Relax Hotel

An excellent hotel, the service is fantastic. New decorated rooms, two pools/spa areas, very good breakfast and gourmet dinner. Perfect location near the Spinale Gondola. You can walk 4 minutes or even ski in/out to the gondola. Parking at extra cost.

Great ski hotel. Very easy access to slopes. Rich breakfast buffet, dinners also very good, good amount of choice and everything done very well. Staff attentive and very friendly, service with a smile. Lobby, reception area very attractive, rooms spotless and with brand new bathroom. If you like your pillows soft, just ask at the reception, the default ones are hard but they do have soft ones. The sky spa on 5th floor is gorgeous. The only negative was the location of our rooms on the first floor, (ground floor for the back of the building where we were as the hotel is on a hill) that hardly got any natural light. You can’t see the sky from the rooms. 101- 102-103. Not a problem if you’ll only be in the room for sleeping.

excellent in all the aspects. the location the hotel the staff. Every one from the staff did everything to make our stay unforgettable and they succeed. From the parking at -1 to the beautiful unique spa on the 5th floor. The restaurant teem is very friendly and do there best to find for us alternative if we wanted some different dish.

This winter vacation was truly unforgettable. The snow-covered landscapes, crisp air, and cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting for relaxation and adventure. We stayed in a charming cabin surrounded by tall pine trees, which looked magical under the blanket of snow. Every morning, I woke up to the serene view of the forest and the soft glow of the winter sun. It felt like a fairytale come to life. Our days were filled with exciting activities. We went skiing on pristine slopes, gliding through the snow with pure joy. For a change of pace, we also tried snowboarding and even managed to build a snowman. One of the highlights was a husky sled ride, which gave us an incredible sense of speed and connection with nature. Evenings were equally delightful. After a day of adventures, we would gather by the fireplace, sipping hot cocoa and sharing stories. The warmth of the fire and the company of loved ones made each night special. This trip reminded me of the simple joys of winter and the importance of cherishing moments with family and friends. It was a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and magic—a winter escape I will always remember fondly.

It is comfortable, quiet, relaxing with a top notch standard and service. The hotel itself is charming in its alpine style with lot of wood and warm interior design. The bedrooms are nicely decorated, super comfortable and with plenty of space to store your clothes and belongings. The bathroom is large with a great rainfall shower. Some rooms also have bathtubs and some even equipped with your own sauna in the room. To note, the standard double rooms do not have the spectacular views since they are located on the backside facing the forrest. The junior suites come with or without balcony. The Junior Suites Panorama have different arrangements; with a middle wall where you can turn the TV towards sitting area or bed area, or one large comfortable room with sitting area and wall-mounted tv (believe the latter room is slightly larger). We had the chance to see the suites and they are also fantastic. The Superior Relax Suite has a large bathroom with double sinks, bathtub and shower. The Luxury Tower Suites has a sauna. We opted for the half-pension, and boy, we were not disappointed! Every evening is a new a la carte menu with a buffé, antipasti, primi, secondi and dessert. Each sub-dish comes with several choices, and everything is delicious! The chef is giving each dish his love, care and attention. The buffet breakfast is likewise superb with plenty of different choices and a a la carte menu for different hot dishes. I am glad we spent the days skiing otherwise we would have ended up rolling out of the hotel. They have an extensive wine list for all tastes with reasonable prices. The restaurant has an excellent, friendly and attentive staff. All the waiters know their work and execute the service with finesse. The friendliness and professional attention is a key word in this hotel. It is a family atmosphere but yet with a polite and respectful treatment of the guests. The hotel opened in 1989 but it is very well maintained so it does not in any way feel old or worn. Lovely 4 star hotel Would definitely recommend a stay here We used all the facilities and had a treatment as an extra Right next to the Spinale cable car - with a bit of skill you can ski in! Great secure ski storage Lovely concierge and greeting on arrival Breakfast great choice (fancy eggs extra - but poached/omelette not) One evening meal £££ - ate out the other nights Ate lunch from bar menu everyday. Very good with gluten free. To indicate how good the hotel is… our only gripe was no free water in the room, lack of enough hooks and very warm room despite asking for help turning heating down - resolved by opening window!!!
