This is an old derelict hotel property that a bunch of young people purchased for a song. They reinvest in exterior painting, so they can sell it in the future.
The toilet handle could not be flushed without the entire toilet seat falling back down. The coffee maker in the room was circa 1974 it worked but was all plastic even the pot. There were only 6 guests staying there and yet their low-cost wireless internet would not even allow me to log in from my room: I had to log in downstairs in the office. The AC unit was so old that it would ice up on the bottom and would drip onto a few towels on top of the carpet. This is a mold generator for sure. Do yourself a favor and drive right on by this horrible place.

The only thing we liked was the air conditioning was excellent.
The rooms need to be refurnished with new furniture and new carpeting.
The outside of the hotel needs to be cleaned and painted.

The staff was friendly and nice, the website advertised morning breakfast, which the unit did not have. The pool was dirty, the room was clean, however, killed three roaches in the room. The one night we were there.

Overflowing trash cans on the property
The bed in our room had the wrong size sheets! Too small.
Leaves a lot to be desired…

(June 18th 2023)They have the AC off so when you get your room, it feels like a sauna so then you have to turn the ac on which was an old ac that almost didn’t work but did work. We left it on while we went to the store came back and it was still mildly hot, but was still warm enough that once you lay down you start sweating, so it took about 1 hour for the room to some what cool down.

It’s a decent stay if you’re looking for a place to sleep and shower only and not so much spend time in. Definitely a place for people who are ok with a stay that has the bare minimum and not luxurious.
