很完美的度假酒店，酒店很新，設計理念也很新，所有設施都很高級。食物也很好吃，品種齊全。 住的是220室的水上屋，他們家的水上屋是帶按摩浴缸的。我感覺按摩浴缸比帶泳池還要實用，海里游泳回來直接泡個熱水澡，完美！ 附送的鐵板燒出乎意料的好，是帶互動表演的那種形式。來自菲律賓的大廚技藝精湛，一次服務一桌大約6.7個客人，每個人都吃的很開心…… 相對不足的就是島上的中文服務相對於國內客人的比例來説還是少了一些，畢竟每天用自己的塑料英語對付咖喱英語是有那麼點兒痛苦的……可以考慮增加一些中文菜單啥的。 總的來説還是超nice 的酒店，我女兒走的時候都快戀戀不捨的哭了，還特意吩咐我給他們家打6星好評^_^

When traveling halfway around the world to reach a bucket-list destination, the resort one chooses is of critical importance to ensure the investment in time and money pays off. Having just spent a week at Outrigger Maafushivaru I can say unequivocally that this was definitely the right choice. The resort exceeded every expectation and delivered way beyond the initial gorgeous location in the Indian Sea. Its design and decor, its food, its atmosphere, and most importantly, its people make it one of the best run resorts I’ve experienced, and deserves major accolades for everyone from management to each customer facing and and back of house employee they have. Let’s start with the physical attributes. Maafushivaru is a gem of an island, surrounded by azure waters and a reef teaming with aqua life. While we are scuba divers, we snorkeled a few times right at the resort and were blown away by how much variety and quantity of fish life we observed, including spotted eagle rays, reef tip sharks, bumper fish, parrot fish, unicorn fish, and many more. The water is truly stunning… all the blues you’ve dreamed of, with beautifully groomed sandy beaches for easy entry to the warm water. It has the requisite palm trees along with lots of flowering plants and vines like bougainvillea and plumeria. The landscape design is tranquil, with meandering paths through the property, maintained impeccably. The architecture is another standout… I would describe it as modern Maldivian luxury… the public spaces are built with natural woods, but in surprising shapes, with high ceilings, gorgeous lighting, and design details that says understated elegance without conceit. We stayed in an overwater bungalow without a pool, and loved the attention to detail in the room, like being able to walk from the outdoor shower on the deck (with hot water, meant for rinsing off with clothes on FYI) into the private shower in the marbled bathroom. Tons of storage/closets, a large safety box (though we never felt the need to use it), with a comfortable king size bed facing a glass door with views of the ocean, allowing us to wake up to gorgeous scenery each morning drinking coffee in bed from the in-room Nespresso. The ladder off the deck allowed us to jump in for a morning dip, as well as observe all the sea life around our room. The food was all around outstanding, from the buffet we used for breakfast and some dinners, to the specialized restaurants Moodhu Grill, Art-i-San, and Koto (our favorite). Each has tables with ample exposure to the outdoors, so the gentle island breezes were a constant companion, along with on-point decor, inventive dishes, and impeccable staff. Lunch is at the Edgewater grill, with a very extensive offering of salads and mains influenced by Asian, Indian, and western locales — we sampled many of them and found them all delicious. Finally and critically, the people who work diligently to ensure you have a fantastic vacation were the best hospitality team

After almost 20h of traveling and short 25 minutes of Seaplane trip we finally arrived to Outrigger Resort !!! From the first minute we felt very welcomed and comfortable. Our guide Nabeel was super kind and funny … not only by arriving but the whole stay in the resort. Communication and support was excellent with Nabeel ! He was always asking us about how we are feeling and it depends of the daytime asking about the plans or how was the day … that was very kind of him! Especially when we got a bit sick … he immediately recommended to visit the Doctor‘s Clinic and he arrange the visit. Thats way we met Kavita !! Such a sweetheart, kind and lovely person !! After interview she gave us medical attention! Kavita is very competent and full of empathy! What she did worked 100% ! Everyday she asked us how we are feeling and if we need some more attention:) We felt safe and ware super happy to have Kavita on the island! Accommodation was beautiful, well staged, equipped and clean with awesome sunrises and spectacular sunsets( our was Overwatter Villa with Pool ) We felt there like at home :) Now something about the the restaurant and of course the food!!! Basically… AWESOME! TASY! multiple choices of dishes from all over the world! Everyday something different! Chef literally was doing an amazing job and and at the same time really spoiled us during the say ! I miss until now the food and of course the desserts!! Super tasty and with unbelievable beautiful presentation! The restaurant crew was super nice with 100% attention about everything! Everyday was delicious and was a lovely experience ! I need to say something about the restaurant crew, because always was super nice and funny with them … especially with Shinan , Azlif , Justna and Chandana !!! Basically top and professional! I could write and write about the all the stuff with only superlatives ! … everyone was nice kind and professional… i just dont remember the names :) thats me :)) Its always a hard thing to write a review… you don’t want to miss something or you dont want to say to much ?! In my case ill definitely recommend the Outrigger Resort ! To relax , forget about daily stress , enjoy beautiful weather and underwater life !!!!! The best reef so far ( we visit already 6 resorts in Maldives ) So dear reader …. if you have enough of stress , bad weather and you are up to have some days off .. this is a perfect option for you ! And at the same time i would like to say thank you for an amazing time we had in Outrigger Resort ! Once again big thank you for the people we met and will never forget! Dear Outrigger Team, Many thanks for a more than wonderful family holiday. We arrived at the end of November for a week until beginning of December 2024. It was in general a perfect holiday from the beginning until the end. We arrived in Male and then a friendly team stuff from Outrigger welcomed us and helped us to check in for the seaplane. Afterwards we could wait in. Lounge for the plane to depart. When we arrived we got personal assistance from Moosa. He showed us around and we could stay in touch via Whats app during our whole time and ask all the questions if we had some or to book tours. We stayed 3 night in a water villa which was great and the last 3 nights in a duplex villa with separate pool and had booked all time all inclusive package which is a have to. The cleaning team did a great job twice a day. Also the breakfast was great so much different food and cuisine. But also to mention the patisserie with chef Shaan Manna. Thank you for the most delicious desserts we have ever eaten. Also the different reataurants Koto, Madhoo Grill and Artisan offered amazing fresh food. Everything was so clean and well maintained and looked after. All the staff are soo friendly and very obliging. We want to stay a big thank you especially to the waiter Azuhar, Mamdooh, Naahil, Saalim, Raffaahu, Jyotshana, Aminul from the Koffe and Chill, Esan, Rizan, Kusshan and Shubahu they all did a very outstanding service. Also the excursion team and diving team with jacob and the guys and girls doing an amazing job every day. Thanks for that. But as we said also not to forget the gardners and other staff that you don't see but what do a great job that everything will work out on those tiny paradise thank you so much for making our family holiday and 30th birthday memorable . Spent the fifth time on Maldives, Outrigger has topped all our experiences so far by outstanding hospitality starting with personal welcome by the resort manager Guillaume followed by the very friendly restaurant teams around Ali, Chandana, Sahshi, Azleef reading all wishes from our eyes and providing an excellent service on daily basis. Also the dive center team with Franci, Chiara, Jacob, Hong and the super boot team provided an outstanding full service allowing us focusing on pure dive enjoying. Also the cuisine provides highlights from any culture for any taste and many were presented with love as little „pieces of art“.

Before our wedding, we decided to go on our honeymoon in the Maldives. However, finding the perfect resort among the numerous options was not easy. After carefully considering the recommendations provided by our travel agency, we chose Outrigger Maafushivaru Resort as the best fit for us. We preferred a resort with excellent underwater and lagoon environments, as well as a dive center offering a variety of marine activities, and we believed Maafushivaru matched those criteria perfectly. After our wedding, we arrived at Velana International Airport late at night following a long flight. The next morning, we took the seaplane arranged by the resort and arrived at the jetty. Our butler, Vivi, greeted us warmly and guided us to the resort. Her friendly and attentive care made our 5-night stay enjoyable and comfortable. We stayed in a mix of water pool villa and beach villa. The water pool villa offered a private atmosphere, and we had excellent access to the lagoon just a few steps away. We spent peaceful moments in our private pool, enjoying stunning views of the lagoon and feeling truly happy. Watching the stars at night was another highlight. My wife and I woke up early to gaze at countless stars before falling asleep on Sunset Beach. For our meal plan, we chose all-inclusive type. We enjoyed breakfast at the Cuisine Gallery, basking in the morning sun reflecting off the sea, and for lunch, we dined at Edgewater Bar, where we appreciated the beautiful views of the pool and beach. In the evenings, we enjoyed diverse menus and desserts at Artisan, Moodhu Grill, and Koto. Every food was good and tasty. The service from the restaurant staff was oustanding; they frequently checked in on us, asking for feedback and ensuring our needs were met with thoughtful attention. On our last night, we were treated to a special honeymoon dinner featuring lobster and a beautifully decorated dessert with a congratulatory message. We also had a memorable experience when we spotted a massive nurse shark swimming by the window at Koto restaurant, and during our stay in the water pool villa, we witnessed a group of manta rays swimming nearby. On our final day, while snorkeling, we were mesmerized by a pod of wild dolphins, fully appreciating the resort's natural marine environment. Meeting our butler, Vivi, was a stroke of luck. She took many beautiful photos for us, knowing the best times and spots for great shots. She also adjusted our meal times and marine activity schedules to fit our preferences, which we deeply appreciated. Maafushivaru Resort was our best choice, and it left such a lasting impression that we would love to revisit. If our budget allowed, we would have extended our stay even longer. I highly recommend Maafushivaru Resort to travelers worldwide for its stunningly preserved marine environment and exceptional service!
