Kinh nghiệm không tốt. Đầu tiên, cống của nơi tắm bị tắc bởi nhiều rác. Ngoài ra, cống thoát nước trong bồn tắm cũng không hoạt động bình thường. Tôi cần gọi nhân viên đến dọn dẹp và sửa chữa trước nửa đêm. Điều đó làm tôi mất gần nửa giờ. Thứ hai, hệ thống điều hòa không khí và ánh sáng bị trục trặc. Tất cả đèn được bật và rèm tự động mở vào khoảng 9:45 sáng. Tôi phải gọi nhân viên đến phòng của mình một lần nữa để thiết lập lại toàn bộ hệ thống. We stayed at Grand Lisboa Palace for three nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with elegant design and spacious, comfortable rooms. The service was excellent, and you can really tell they pay attention to the details. The pool, sauna, and jacuzzi were all fantastic — perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also top-notch, with plenty of variety and high-quality options. The only small downside was the limited Mediterranean and Middle Eastern selections at breakfast. It would be great to see items like white cheese, walnuts, or Arabic bread included in the future. Overall, we had an amazing stay and would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Macau!

service in the hotel is excellent. shuttle traffic provided. dining with different choices. room is clean and luxurious. room service attendance (Hua) is a very nice guy and he provides the best best service make customers feel comfortable.

Excellent experience. Have been to this hotel multiple times but never stayed here. Were upgraded to a suite and the room was super big. Buffet breakfast also offered a lot of choices and worth trying.

Room condition gd, but check in by 3.15 and can't get a room, very bad. Only get room by 445 which is unacceptable.

The hotel is glorious and the staff is very polite. The room is clean. The shuttle is very convenient to go other places.

Very comfortable and big room!! Very convenient and easy to move around the area for food and whatever. Nice view from hotel room and the people at this hotel very thoughtful will give you cleaning glasses towel, pillow mist etc. Definitely recommended! There is one Chinese restaurant: Red Bowl, dishes are nice, especially the pork dish, just smelted in your mouth. I usually do not take pork but loved it. Must try if u ever go Macau.

The trip was amazing. I got a free room upgrade and I could see the breathtaking garden view in hotel. All the staff in hotel are nice and welcoming.
