Kinh nghiệm không tốt. Đầu tiên, cống của nơi tắm bị tắc bởi nhiều rác. Ngoài ra, cống thoát nước trong bồn tắm cũng không hoạt động bình thường. Tôi cần gọi nhân viên đến dọn dẹp và sửa chữa trước nửa đêm. Điều đó làm tôi mất gần nửa giờ. Thứ hai, hệ thống điều hòa không khí và ánh sáng bị trục trặc. Tất cả đèn được bật và rèm tự động mở vào khoảng 9:45 sáng. Tôi phải gọi nhân viên đến phòng của mình một lần nữa để thiết lập lại toàn bộ hệ thống. Điều này làm xáo trộn nghiêm trọng giấc ngủ của vợ tôi và tôi.

Khách sạn gần như mới và một phòng ngủ đôi sang trọng đủ rộng rãi để chứa một cặp vợ chồng trẻ với một đứa con nhỏ. Rất yên tĩnh và nhìn đẹp từ phòng. Tuy nhiên, nhược điểm là vị trí của nó khá biệt lập với các đường phố đông đúc và các điểm tham quan. Cần một chiếc taxi hoặc xe buýt đưa đón của khách sạn để đi ra ngoài.

Khách sạn rất mới, nhưng vị trí nằm ngoài khu vực chính một chút. Phòng không hút thuốc không có sẵn n*** cả lúc 5 giờ chiều khi tôi đăng ký. Bữa sáng tự chọn được đóng gói và xếp hàng chờ khoảng 30 phút, dường như không có nhân viên, thậm chí không có đồ dùng trên bàn.

Great but need improvement Pros: Rooms are very spacious beautiful and quiet, plenty of electric sockets and USB plugs. Very strong water pressure and anti slip floor good for family or elderly, breakfast has a large selection and worth it. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to various places, and there is a shopping mall and many restaurants inside the hotel. Check out very convenient just drop one your room key into a box and one key insert into scanning machine. Cons: Some areas are not clean properly, below the sofa there are a few pieces of tissue left by previous guests which are actually easy to spot but somehow HK missed it. Check in although smooth but staff seems to lack welcome attitude and lack initiative to provide details except you are asking, and location is a bit far for tourist spots. I requested a room with a garden view but got a room facing a street with a dirty glass window, I was a bit disappointed but understable. Overall GLP is a very well maintained hotel, and of course we would be happy to stay again in the future.

Cleanliness of the hotel is good. but location is not so convenient. room is big and very beautiful. service is just OK, not outstanding.

Excellent stay. Celebrating my birthday and front desk was very nice arranged a room upgrade to suite. Great food at the Grand buffet. Must come back again soon...

A bit far away from the center of Taipa but the shuttle bus service was convenient. We managed to visit several major tourist spots in Macau Peninsula and Taipa old village by the shuttle bus. The hotel facilities were well maintained. I recommend the Lobby Lounge; staff was friendly and the food was good.

Nice place and clean environment for having birthday celebrations (having a surprise cake)

I love the ambiance it was quiet, clean, facilities are new, bathroom is superb and the staff were very helpful and attentive. It may be quite away from the strip but the free shuttle bus were all highly accessible so we could still go to different locations. They have free shuttle bus that takes you to the other side of Macau not just cotai. Still convenient. Buffet breakfast was also superb. Indoor pool awesome. We enjoyed our stay.

Confortable bedroom. Worth for value. Everything were fine for us.Especially a lot of selwction for their breakfast buffet. Will be back again.

(staying here for 10 days.) Thankfully, we got a room upgrade to the greatest suite in the hotel. 🙏🏾 - room & Amenities: room has a garden view! The room has very enough space for a long-term traveler. Amenities are amazing and there are everything you can enjoy! - Location: it’s like a private castle of Macau however, they do have a great hotel shuttle system!

Hotel room was very clean and tidy with beautiful garden view worth every penny spend accommodated with advance tech, must recommend the garden view, staff were polite and professional, amenity were ample ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ my child 👧🏻 enjoyed her stay with the fluffy bed. finally thankyou Grand Lisboa palace.
