Spacious hotel room, great location but I did not enjoy during my stay as corridor with awful smell.

Very nice place and also the room is very clean. About the interior design of the hotel’s facilities is so amazing and yet the all staff members are so great.

It was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.

It's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.

Rooms are big. Not suitable for non Chinese. service is pretty much average.Expecting to bring swimming cap from tourists..

Super comfy and close to everywhere. Recommended to the traveller who are visiting macau with family or solo traveller.

Overall pleased with the hotel location, service and facilities. Just hope to have shuttle service to airport and the ferry terminals like other hotels.

Delayed check-in as hotel, again, said that they are full and rooms are not yet cleaned. We are given a smaller room, less than that of what we have paid and booked. Complained to font office and to the duty supervisor but was told that thats the only room available at the moment. So why would someone pay for a much higher fees when the hotel will choose to put you on a lower class room for the reason that they are fully booked!?!? Is this hotel serious? The supervisor even said that the room difference is not that obvious, really now. Photos attached in this review can see the difference from the expected room to the ones given in reality.

Very late check-in and waited for an hour in a lobby with no seating or waiting area. FO reason was that the room is still unavailable and not yet cleaned. Duh! Hire staff or don’t overbook your hotel rooms if you can’t handle influx of guests.

It's a decent hotel. Nice & friendly front desk. In the city centre of Macau.
