Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.

The amenities received made us feel so warm and supportive. Staff from reception, restaurant service, spa to bell service are super. The welcoming smile of Ivan and personal service from Naomi Durian ( sorry the spelling may wrong) at the reception are unforgettable. We surely will go back again. Even the lady at the concierge was so patient to direct me how to go to The Londoner on a wheelchair.

Everything was perfect, the hotel is much more private and comfortable that the big casino hotels.

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Though there’s no transportation to take me to most parts of tourist attractions, I love the service it provides.  I’ve booked a non-smoking room but when I entered the room, I smelled a strong smell of smoke. I requested to change to another room and they helped me to settle in fifteen minutes in a new room.  This is a birthday trip for my husband and when we returned after dinner, we found there’s a small cake in the room. What a surprise! If they can provide more shuttle bus service to different parts of Macau, it’ll be perfect!

We had the most enjoyable travel time here, and everything about the hotel fascinated me. Room cards are made from woods，which makes me feel like peace and love[爱心] The receptionist staff were enthusiastic and professional, They introduced me to the hotel facilities in detail. At the same time, they thoughtfully asked if I needed an English version of the RC and hotel introduction leaflet. Looking out the window from my room, I could see the stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and Big Ben, as if I were right in the midst of them.[哇] Anyway，I love this hotel ，I love the Four Seasons😗

It was an amazing night we spent in Four seasons Macao. Really love the decorations and service here. Especially Kame and other receptionists for arranging the gifts and cakes for us. Would love to come back again! If you are looking for a quiet hotel, no casino but near shopping mall, FS Macao is definitely a good choice! The Study Bar in 20/F is also fantastic! Don’t miss the views and drinks, we also had a good interaction with their bartender!

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots. What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.

One of the best place next Venetian Casino Complex. Staff are very polite and very energetic to provide service. Facilities can be more upgraded compared other Four Seasons Hotels.

My husband and I had a relaxed 2-night stay at the Four Seasons Macao, celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. We chose this hotel for their convenient location on the Cotai Strip and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service of their staff. Kelly at the front office led us to our upgraded room with thoughtful decorations congratulating us on our anniversary. She helped us to take some memorable pictures in the room. We also received many kind messages from the hotel staff: Kelly (Front Office), Chester (Guest Relations), and Alex (Room Attendant). We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Macao.

Wonderful short weekend stay at this superb luxury hotel resort in the heart of Macaos Cotai strip. It’s an oasis in the heart to everything one needs in Macao. Great pool facilities and the entire hotel is spotless clean and superb maintained. The entire team of the hotel is exceptionally friendly and helpful, to mention a few stars: Myron and his team with Chester and Mercy, thank you very much.
