This was our second time in STFCI and we had another great experience. Despite the thin walls, we had a really good sleep because of their comfy beds and pillows. My favourite part of our room was the charging ports next to the bed. Very convenient!

Overall , we loved our stay here. The hotel seems new or at least newly renovated (not sure) and the staff are friendly, the room was clean, the location is great! A few minutes to Ruins and Senado Square, lots of bus stops and restaurants nearby. The bed is comfortable. Toiletries are provided except for Q-tips. Good wifi as well. We took a taxi going to this hotel as we arrived at 9pm and we did not know how to navigate the bus system yet, the fare from airport to hotel was 122 MOP. The taxi fare to the HK Bus Terminal is 100 MOP. Pro Tip: If you are taking the Ferry to HK, make sure to communicate it in Chinese (written, verbal, screenshots) to the taxi driver so you don’t end up in the bus terminal like us! 😂 It would be nice if the toilets have bidet. And cutleries should be provided or at least a teaspoon for coffee. They provide slippers, small bottles of water, coffee mugs, and water kettle for the guest but no coffee. They also have hair dryer but no cloth irons. What I most loved here are the socket outlets and USB charging points provided! They have lots in the room so you can charge all your devices at the same time! We would love to stay here again as it was affordable and have exceeded our expectations.

Located walk distance from Seanado square, supermarket which opens 24/7 and Bamu Bakery! The room was clean and cozy. Staff were so kind. Thanx!

Conveniently located. Clean. Limited amenities. Not that big room though. Bus stop just in front. Book a 3 bedders.

My room is relatively small but enough for a solo. The rest is a superb, brand new, clean, worldwide socket, good location & nice interior design.

Room was clean. Bed is comfy. Location quite centralised and close to St Paul’s ruins. Nearby downstairs supermarket for daily needs. Only room windows sealed up can’t open. And also the “don’t make any sense”deposit of $100hkd which prolly can’t even make up for any damage or lost stuff in room…

Room is small but very new and well maintained, walking distance from Senado square and supermarket right downstairs. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Downside: room’s door could have been better soundproofed, corridors tend to be noisy at night (doors shutting, walking, talking).

Tinny room without a view but worth staying for the amazing location. Receptionist was not helpful when I needed help with a taxi, which was a bit let down…

Generally, it’s a complete chaos during the check-in process. The staff members are not quite sure how to serve their customers well. Plus, the management of this hotel is terrible. It simply rejected my request for cancellation without any reason or explanation whatsoever,that, it shall not be appreciated by anyone who only seek for a comfort place to sleep! Ultimately, I suffered from a tantamount financial loss because of this booking alongside a bad mood. You made me not to choose your service again!

Hotel is strategically located. 2 minutes away from bus stop almeida ribeiro/ rua camillo pesanha. You can take the free shuttle to sofitel ponte and walk 2/3 minutes to the hotel. Also 4 minutes walk to senado square. They also have supermarket next door that open 24 hours. On my second day, they cleaned the room but didn’t take the litter out of the bin, and throughout my stay they never replace the toilet paper.

This Hotel was brand new, small, clean and have a 24 hours food and supermarket nearby. To Grand Lisboa ****** 10-15 mins walk, to Senado Square also nearby. Good for business trip and easy to reach this hotel from Ferry terminal by bus
