Cousins Boutique Hotel

We stayed for 4 nights in this superb hotel. We experienced temperatures in the high 30's and were very grateful for the very efficient air con in our room. We stayed in Luke on the 1st floor. Loved the quirkiness of the room and, indeed, the whole hotel, very beautifully & uniquely styled. The room was very comfortable, and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! Loved the Dyson hairdryer & the Aesop products. Loved that we went for breakfast and as if by magic, returned to our beautifully serviced room....thankyou! The only thing I would add to the room is some sort of storage for folded clothes and underwear. Joe did offer to remove the robes from the top of the wardrobe, but it was very high & not easy to access. It's not a problem if you are there for one or two nights, but any longer, storage was lacking. Minor niggle. The breakfast was a lovely, relaxing experience with friendly, attentive service. We loved the offering. The location of Cousins is perfect for everything, especially if attending the André Rieu concert, there in a 5 minute stroll. We thoroughly enjoyed this Boutique Hotel, a little different from what is on offer in the UK, but it works well. The 'Cousins' have done a fantastic job and are clearly very proud of what they have achieved. It was lovely chatting to you, Joe, and to hear the history. Great friendly service throughout our stay. Thank you to the lovely young lady at breakfast (sorry, didn't get your name) Lovely warm welcome with a glass of bubbles & our cases taken to our room. Lastly, some have mentioned noise issues. The hotel is located on a quiet street. You do, very occasionally hear voices from passers by, but no traffic noise was heard from "Luke" The only other noise we heard was the front door opening & closing, but as there are only 7 rooms, this was not frequent. We slept exceptionally well on all 4 nights! Thankyou for a wonderful stay in beautiful Maastricht 😊

Super happy with the hotel. Incredible personalised service from beginning to end. The guy came out to the street and guided our car to parking place. Nice glass of bubbles when you check in while sitting down. The room is shown to you, all the facilities explained. Personalised breakfast… These guys know what they are doing and masters in service

Ik schrijf eigenlijk nooit een review maar dit hotel verdient er wel 1. Wat een geweldig Hotel!. Persoonlijk, super verzorgd en overal aan gedacht. De kamer was van alle gemakken en nog meer dan dat voorzien. Heerlijk bed en ontbijt was perfect! Ik zou niks kunnen bedenken wat ze zouden kunnen verbeteren.
