We stayed in a quadruple room, which was spacious and well-suited for families—that was the one positive aspect of our stay.
However, there were several disappointing experiences that future guests should be aware of. The airport transfer arranged by the hotel was poorly managed; we were left waiting at Malé Airport for nearly two hours with no clear communication or support. In hindsight, independent transfer providers like iCom not only charge less, but also offer better coordination and guidance.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was below expectations. We noticed small cockroaches, and despite raising the issue, there was no follow-up or effort from the hotel staff to address it.
We also requested a late check-out, which was flatly responded to with a charge of $10 per hour—no flexibility or courtesy shown, even though the hotel was not fully booked at the time.
Overall, while the room size was a plus, the lack of service, poor cleanliness, and rigid policies made this stay less than enjoyable. I would recommend considering other options nearby that offer better service and value for money.
