Excellent location, walking distance to public transport (tram and metro/overground rail). Staff very helpful breakfast excellent served in a right room with varied selection. Room overlooking garden very comfortable and quiet. Loved it!

We arrived late at this hotel to find a ladder blocking our room door! We did not know there were renovations going on. This ladder appeared a few times which was v annoying. There was nowhere to sit downstairs as this depended on whether the attached brasserie was open. The manager of this brasserie was extremely rude to my husband and we left. I was very upset at this. The bathroom was tiny with hardly any light at all. Breakfast was pretty awful. They should not have given us that room in view of the building work.

L' hôtel est bien situé et calme malgré la proximité du boulevard La chambre est propre et joliment décorée Cependant une odeur désagréable 😱(cuisine je pense) répandue dans notre chambre !! Le coffre fort ne fonctionne pas !! Quid🤨 Le personnel est sympa.

Un accueil plus que parfait, toute l’équipe est très souriante et agréable ! Petit week-end en amoureux idéal dans cet hôtel en plein cœur de Lyon ! Nous reviendrons sans hésitations ! Mention spécial pour le petit déjeuné qui ne manque de rien, il y en a pour tous les goûts !!

Cet hôtel fait un sans faute et gagne à être connu ! Emplacement parfait, service impeccable (très chaleureux) et chambres nickels !

Problème de forte d'odeur d'égout dans notre chambre. Le réceptionniste étant venu constater et passer du désodorisant (qui a fait effet 30min). Je peux tout à fait concevoir qu'on ne puisse pas nous déplacer car l'hôtel est plein. En revanche, je ne peux pas concevoir qu'il n'y ait pas une remise de faite à la vue du désagrément... Dormir dans un hôtel de ce standing à ce prix avec des odeurs comme ça, c'est inconcevable.

Très belle chambre au calme avec une très belle terrasse. Literie excellente. Petit déjeuner parfait. Personnel très sympathique. Très bonne localisation à Confluence et parking à proximité. Rapport qualité prix au top pour la ville de Lyon.

Super séjour à Lyon pour nous !! L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des transports, il y a des ballades sympa à pied autour, quartier calme. Les chambres sont grandes et très propre, super équipement, la literie au top. Le petit déjeuner buffet est complet et très bon !! Le personnel est de bon conseil ! Rien à redire !

ma femme et moi ont a séjourné 2 fois et ont a adoré l’hôtel les chambres avec terrasse au top hôtel récent très bien situé près du centre commercial confluence petit déjeuner copieux un grand merci à karim pour son professionnalisme et sa disponibilité qui a su répondre à nos attentes je recommande l’hôtel sans hésiter. tous était parfait.
