Nice staff. Clean room. Just very surprising to have to oaye an extra for my dog. It was never mentioned.

Disgusting. Cleaning is not an option in this place. Carpet was covered in hair, all furniture covered in dust.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with good facilities. Breakfast was standard but the ground floor restaurant food is excellent. Some of the best food i've eaten in a long time. The only down side was it's not open at the weekend so had to make do with sub standard food then ! throughly recommended and well worth a trip or long stay.

The room I occupied as well as the one of my friend were smelling very bad to the point that windows had to be left open and toilet door and bathtubs evacuation covered. In the bathroom there was dust and elsewhere as well. Such a shame

We had a very bad experience in this hotel. We arrived at around 8..30pm to find the restaurant already closed. We thus had to get a pizza from across the street. It is worth asking for the drinks menu before ordering drinks (assuming they have such a menu). The restaurant looks like a canteen but the prices they charge for beer and wine give the impression you are in a top restaurant. The bill needs careful checking as they added an extra pet to our bill. This was our first time in this hotel; we definitely will not return.

Average- great comfortable bed, free minibar but coke cans were damaged so afraid they would explode when opening.
didn’t reply to my request about parking and when we arrived had to park on the street because our gallery on top of the car was too high for the parking. Shower would go hot and almost burn you then cold. Carpeting on floor which I hate- but they give you slippers and robe to use which is a bonus. No restaurant in hotel available. Expensive for what it is.

Il y’a 1 an je disais qu il y avait des punaises de lit on me disait impossible ! Tiens donc aujourd’hui on n’en parle partout ! J’ai encore les images croyez moi c’était des punaises . Ils ont rien voulu savoir aucun geste et on m’a laissé dans ma paranoïa . Chambre agréable mais je suis toujours traumatisée malheureusement

Hotel muy centrico ,limpio y con un personal superamable .Lo mejor Cintayá la camarera del bar que nos ha atendido todas las tardes maravillosamente ,tod@s los valencian@s que hemos ido le hemos dado las gracias por su amabilidad .Hemos cenado muchas noches allí ,y estaba bien y bien de precio

Buon hotel in cui abbiamo sostato per 2 notti non consecutive, all’inizio e alla fine del nostro tour in Francia. Reception molto efficiente e rapida nell’assegnazione delle camere. Le camere, seppur piccole, sono comode, pulite e ben accessoriate. Discreta la cena e buona colazione, entrambe servite nella graziosa sala al primo piano, proprio sopra alla reception. La posizione non certo uno dei suoi punti di forza ma il centro cittadino è comunque raggiungibile agevolmente con i mezzi pubblici. Una sistemazione tranquilla, forse più adatta per una clientela business che per turisti. L’esperienza nel complesso è stata comunque positiva.
