Very nicely appointed guest house run by friendly owners who made us so welcome. Scenic location affording panoramic views over the channel to Wales on a fine day. Our room had a comfortable king sized bed and a bath (with shower over) so enjoyable after a days walking (room 7) Hearty breakfast options to set us up for the day.

Wonderful stay at Sinai House. Room 9 has a panoramic view with ensuite bathroom (shower over bath). Everything was clean and comfortable with kettle, hot drink options (loved the coffee bags), water, biscuits. If you have dietary requirements, let them know in advance and they'll do their best to cater for you. Hosts Alison and Vic very welcoming, friendly and go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Breakfast was delicious with so many options available. Great lounge area and separate bar/coffee area, and there is lots of local information available to help you explore.

Our room was very clean and welcoming. The bed exceptionally comfortable. The bathroom clean & very spacious (loved the heated towel rail and large soft & fluffy towels). Breakfasts were delicious and a good variety choices. Hosts very welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Loved the home grown honey. Sinai House is in a good location and is a great place to stay when visiting north Devon. We requested a room with views and were not disappointed - lovely views of the Bristol Channel and Wales.

I booked this at the last minute and managed to get a single room. It was at the top of the house and had the most amazing view! The hostess was so friendly and helpful, the breakfast a very high standard and it’s very close to the centre of Lynton where there are lots of eateries.

The whole place was excellent from the welcome by our host the bedroom so spacious with lovely white fresh bedding and super white large fluffy bath towels and the view from the window was great to wake up to. The breakfast menu was first class and so varied something for everyone. The hosts were super nothing to much trouble and always ready to help. Perfect thank you.

Alison and Victor are impeccable hosts and the bedroom and breakfasts were first-rate. We come every year at the same time. The guest lounge is lovely. Then there is the view of the sea beyond the treetops. We love to sit and watch the sky and the waves.

This hotel is just wonderful. The location on a hill overlooking Lynton allows for views of the channel to Wales and stunning scenery. It is very quiet and yet just minutes from the centre with its little shops and a multitude of cafes and restaurants. The room was beautifully arranged and clean and the breakfast selection and quality of the highest standard. I found the hotel as I was looking for one with an eV charger which they do provide. Our hosts were most welcoming and accommodating, answered all queries promptly before and during our stay and were never without a smile. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

A fabulous house in a great location with fabulous hosts, Alison and Victor. Breakfast choice is plentiful, tasty and cooked to perfection. The house is spotlessly clean, the rooms are lovely and the beds are very comfortable. The tea tray in the room has everything you could want. The hosts go out of their way to make your stay perfect!

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Sinai House. Alison and Vic were excellent hosts. The room was very spacious and clean with beautiful views. The breakfast was exceptional. Alison was excellent in her recommendations of interesting places to visit nearby. We will definitely recommend and also return.
