Bellevue - Contactless Self Check-IN

We recently stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Very clean with a well- informed staff always ready to help you. With their guidance and our own planning our trip of Lucerne was excellent. Very nice breakfast with the helpful Marko by our side ready to help always. Only negative was that we couldn't see much of mt.Pilatus from our room, that we have expected. Thanks to Simona,Marlene and Marko and d Spanish cleaning lady. Our love to little Amanda.

We stayed here several nights during July 2015. First and foremost Marlene and the rest of the staff are very helpful, very nice. They accommodated all our requests like storing our bags, providing an extra fan, extra pillows etc. However not having an air conditioner in summer months is a deal breaker. Since the hotel is on a main street and we were given first floor rooms we could not leave the windows open due to the vehicle noise. Keeping the windows closed made it very hot and stuff inside the room. The room is very clean but very basic, nothing fancy and during the peak season they were not cheap!! I wish they had provide either a portable AC or something to keep the rooms cool. They have excellent breakfast and very courteous and friendly staff, however will avoid staying here in summer.

Nice hotel, friendly service, decent breakfast, great value... but... trains tracks just uphill behind the building. I had a corner room in the back was really irritated by the trains. They are not very frequent, but it was enough to cost me half a night of sleep. If you can sleep with earplugs and don't forget to bring them, this friendly place might be just the right thing for someone on a buget. It would deserve a higher rating without the train...

Wow! What a beautiful city and the Hotel allowed us to take it all in from our balcony. We were located overlooking Lake Lucerne with the Alps in the background. A forty five minute walk into town which seemed like 5 minutes as you can walk most of the way along the side of the lake. We had friendly and helpful service and a delightful breakfast every morning. We would certainly stay here again.

Chambre pas faite en fin de journée, on a dû le demander chaque jour. Il n'y avait pas d'eau à disposition et 2 verres seulement pour 3 personnes. Nous attendons autre chose d'un 3 étoiles. L'emplacement est pratique, tout près d'un arrêt de bus et vue sur le lac depuis la chambre, mais très bruyant

Hotel che per rapporto qualità/prezzo è sicuramente buono (rispetto agli standard svizzeri), il personale è gentilissimo, la camera ed il bagno molto puliti. Wi-Fi gratuito. Difetti (che hanno fatto abbassare il voto): la camera era piccola (ma sufficiente) e affacciava sulla discarica del Hotel; le pareti sono sttili quindi si sente tutto quello che succede nelle altre stanze; la colazione è appena sufficiente come alternative sebbene il pane sia caldo e morbido. Non c'è un ristorante (solo l'Hotel Hermitage affiliato ne ha, ma bisogna cambiare struttura per accedere). Infine la posizione è non ideale per raggiungere la città (a piedi sono 45 Minuti) che è supercaotica se la si vuole raggiungere in macchina. Complessivamente buono con alcuni punti deboli che abbassano la media...con qualche accorgimento puo' migliorare moltissimo.
