I thought this place was just OK - a little expensive for what it is, and I'd say my biggest complaint is that it's probably more convenient to stay somewhere in the centre of town. I tried to book Le Place d'Armes but it was fully booked on this occasion, I'd probably try that on a return visit. One nice plus is they do have a piano in great condition which they allow guests to play!

Tranquil, charming
Very charming and quiet stay. Old world aesthetic in good condition (for example, air conditioning worked very well). Clean and comfortable bedding and bathrooms.

I recently stayed there for a weekend in April, which was very nice.
When I arrived, the hotel was even better than I imagined for the pictures I saw online. It was so very nice, and spacious room with a classic look, just impressively appealing. A nice little hotel they only had eight rooms but they were fabulous rooms with painted birds on wooden doors and plenty of room for everything you would need.
The reception staff were very friendly and professional and absolutely excelled at customer service. It was a really wonderful stay and I would gladly go back there if I ever visit LuxembPitt again.

Booked and paid through *******. No receptionist on duty so collected key card as requested from a locked box. Dark hallways and tripped over a stair finding room. Next morning was told I hadn't paid my bill. I told them I had, through *******. Insisted on payment. Taxi waiting so I paid with a view to sorting it out later. Later realised that they had given me someone's else's bill (after ******* very helpfully intervened). Very poor. I will not be returning.

Don’t waste your money! Was expecting a lot better for what we paid €291 not including breakfast. Room was clean on the surface but I found dust on curtain rails, window sills and skirting boards. Rooms are noisy due to slamming doors, church bells and a flight path! Broken blind and naff toiletries. Worst complaint for that money you did not even get a free bottle of water!! Small glass bottle from mini bar was €6. Feel completely ripped off. Breakfast at €22 was also very disappointing. We went there from the Novotel Suites… now they are worth the money! Couldn’t fault them so stay there instead.

We loved this property. Personal touch at check in, quaint, clean, comfortable, quiet. Huge room looking out over the tree-lined street. Excellent location- walkable to the Grund area with restaurants and the quaint overall feel of that area of Luxembourg City. 12 Min drive to the airport was helpful for our morning flight out. Great stay!

Went to LC x a quick meeting from london. i could tell place would have been very quiet, and it was. i learned how to get around by bus, stops 1' from hotel, and go to haute ville of the train station. polite staff, ok breakfast. large room. i did not have the time to try the restaurant which, apparently, is very well known in LC. only remark is a group of north americans guests coming back at some point during the night and deciding to have a loud chat in front of my room (06). and then said hello to each others with a loud belch that woke me up! we all have been there right? NOT. i will go back.

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff, Excellent meal in restaurant. Beautiful suite , spotlessly clean. Lovely garden and terrace. Just on edge of city centre , but only few minutes walk. Very easy parking.
