I've enjoyed my stay cation in mama. I love the concept and thanks to the front office man/woman who have a shift in the morning , they are so friendly, honest and respect full. Make me want to come back again 🫶

Very cool hotel, conveniently located near the city center. The rooms are great, but the only downside is that there’s no tea or coffee available in the room.

My room is on the 3rd floor. The insulation is bad and I can hear the neighbours talking, and even worse, there is Non-stop music at the ground floor every evening at least until 00:30, which makes me crazy. Called to lower the volume, but nothing happened.

Pros: New, Clean, Interesting design Downsides: -Can hear bass from music on Saturday after midnight - No toothbrush/toothpaste available, have to purchase it €12

We spent our Christmas night here, every shops closed during our stay. We tried out their hotel restaurant, not very impressed but OK. Nice hotel with parking (€19/night). Room without kettle but fridge is included. Might try another hotel if I visit this city again

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room. Bar and amenities were incredible. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tram stop is a 2 min walk away and it only takes 10 mins to get to the centre of Luxembourg. Some local pubs and shops too.

Very Nice hotel, sexy, provocative decoration. Clean and with good food. Location is ok. Would be nice if it had a gym and more parking spots.

只需要坐10分鐘電車就到市中心、坐一個站就到火車站，所以位置很方便；酒店設計十分時尚，乾淨又寧靜；工作人員非常有善，而且仲有一個識少少中文的酒店職員。早餐很值得加購，選擇類別多而且都好好食。

Très bel hôtel et les chambres sont spacieuses. Il se trouve un peu loin du centre, mais dans le quartier d’affaires . La literie est impeccable . Le staff est très accueillant et le restaurant est très bon . Seul bémol, comme souvent dans les hôtels Mama Shelter: la salle de bain avec très peu de commodités (un savon pour se nettoyer le visage, le corps et les cheveux.) Petit déjeuner très apprécié.
