Good hotel very close to airport. It was a bit noise during a night as plans took off just near your window. Good breakfast, a bit crowded during the evening in lobby Actually very sociable hotel. We met some great people there I would recommend

My Partner and I broke up a Month ago.. Very upsetting, we were staying with you on our Way back from Croatia .. Our holiday had to be cancelled. I notified Trip.com a Moth ago , they wouldn't give us a Refund. I rang yourselves over a Week ago to say that we weren't coming. You would not give us a Refund either .. A Room wasted, not even a Replacement or Voucher given. I'm sorry,but not impressed 😒 x

It’s very close to Luton Airport and within walking distance, making it extremely convenient even for early flights. They start serving some breakfast at 4:00, which is very traveler-friendly. It’s the best choice near Luton Airport.

The room was very small, and I don’t think it’s suitable for a family. There wasn’t enough space for us to walk around, and we kept bumping our knees. One of our family members even got hurt while trying to walk to the bed.

Room was very hot and air conditioning was not working. Plug socket by bed did not work. Friendly and informative check in. Food and drink in restaurant very expensive.

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was available for early fright travelers. No hot foid provided. The room is dusty and in dark blue colour. Many dust on the bedding, so I couldnt sleep because of allergies. I wont book the hotel again although the hotel is closed to luton airport.

Very close to airport. If you have an early flight - this is the perfect option to spend a night. Nice , clean rooms and a bar downstairs.

Really comfortable bed, soundproof room and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price. The only downside was the location but I guess can’t be helped. I would definitely return.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Luton Airport for one night at the beginning of holiday and then returned on our way back. We were very pleased once again with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that we were so near to the airport yet couldn't hear the sound of the aircraft. We also liked that the bus stop was very near the hotel so could get the bus to and from Luton Airport, which is handy when you are tired and just want to crawl into bed! The breakfast is well presented and tasty. If we fly from Luton Airport again and need to book a hotel, we would have no hesitation re-booking.

Room size is very small and description in the website doesn't match with the room

Was fine. Unimpressed with the disabled bathroom style bathroom that I was issued (I'm not disabled) that floods and means the entire bathroom is slippery and soaked. I had to pee in the lobby bathroom in the middle of the night because my bathroom is flooded. Weird.

Generally good, room considered clean, staff were nice and helpful, added value with breakfast included for all guests
