The staff at the front desk to servers at the restaurant are very pleasant and helpful. The restaurant has promotion and the prices are very reasonable but sorry to say I didn't enjoy the traditional water meal.

This hotel was absolutely great, the rooms are super spacious and super clean! Also loved all the amenities that they offered us! The cleaning lady was so nice and even left a note and some laundry soap for us as she saw that we had washed some clothes. I definitely recommend it!

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

We had good breakfast every day and even got a basket with fresh fruit in our room every day. Two malls (an older one mainly for food, and a "Dennis" mall) are in walking distance. We used Didi to get around, which was not a problem.

This Hotel is very beautiful. The room was enormous, in a fantastic condition and very very clean. The view outside of Luoyang was amazing as well. Metro is very close, around 5-10 minute walk. Plenty shops and restaurants in the area and not even a 5 minute walk to a mall close by. The staff was very kind and helpful, which made check-in/check-out very easygoing. Room gets cleaned everyday and they bring a little fruit basket everyday to your room too, amazing service! I highly recommend staying here :)

What an amazing experience lovely hotel lovely staff I’m definitely revisiting at some point. Halal food option was fantastic, just ask the staff they’ll make sure you eat the right foods.

The hotel room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The cleaning lady was nice and sweet. The hotel front desk was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast food was delicious. It was a very satisfying stay. I really enjoyed it.

Good for the price. If you dont like chinese style breakfast then you have to eat outside. Friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.

Very nice hotel and the location is very near to subway train and shopping area.

We come to Luoyang often to visit family, this was our first stay at Rezen hotel. The hotel location is very convenient, not far walk from Wangfujing and Xinduhui, both offer restaurants and shopping. The subway is not far at xinduhui, it’s the transfer point for line 1 and 2. The hotel staff was very friendly, they delivered fruit plates to us daily and a gift after check out. We got one family room which is bigger than we expected, it has 1 king, 1 full and 1 twin, 1 bathroom in each of the 2 rooms, very spacious. The breakfast was good, but not much western food, mostly Chinese which was fine for us. Wi-Fi works well, free laundry on 4th floor. Overall, very good hotel and definitely recommend it to other travelers.

I CHOSE REZEN HOTEL WUDUO FOR A BUSSINESS TRIP TO LUOYANG FROM SOUTH KOREA, BOOKED A TOTAL OF 14DAYS. THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM WAS GOOD, AND THE FRUIT GIFTS DELIVERED EVERY DAY AND THE SERVICE FOR FOREIGNERS WERE GREAT. HOT WATER, GYM,ROOM CLEANING WAS GREAT, BUT PERFORMANCE OF THE DRYER IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS A BIT DISAPPOINTING. THE STAFF WERE ALL VERY FRIENDLY AND SPECIAL THANKS TO Miss' JOY ZIA. SHE PAID ATTENTION TO EVEN THE SMALLEST DETAILS WITH HER PROFICIENT ENGLISH SKILLS. MANY THANKS..
