Good location. Easily accessible by metro (close to indiranagar metro station) good breakfast spread. Clean room. Good and prompt service. Friendly staff always eager to help.

Insensitive towards guest... Loud music was played till 12 midnight... Post that lot of disturbance from 4th floor ...till 1 am..

It was a great experience staying there. I always prefer staying in this hotel. Staff and ambiance is very satisfactory.

Superb stay! they are just too good. 5 star amenities, spacious rooms and super delicious food. Special compliments to the chef. Staff is courteous and well trained. Proximity to airport is good (just 16 kms. Only one down side : the unreasonable expectations of tip. Why are guests supposed to pay tips for regular work? we are not here to distribute our hard earned money

The room is spacious and very good ambience. Only problem is lot of sound is coming from the banquet hall when functions are underway. Room should be fully sound proof
