Less said of the hotel , the better it is. Responsibility of support staff awful and miserable I had a near accident,in their restaurant. Water dripping from AC .No responsibility to clean and wipe it.I slipped on the water surface but fortunately escaped with minor injuries There is no system of monitoring the work of the various departments.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and spotless. The central location made it easy to explore the city. A definite recommendation!" inside room not working ac and tv wifi rabbit 🐰 smell in overl all room they are not provided any other option. even they charge one water bottle 74 rs plus tax be aware

Staff was courteous, rooms were clean and spacious, toiletries were well placed with clean washroom, there was mini bar but empty, electric kettle with supplements would have added another feather, food menu was not that good and had limited choices with exorbitant pricing, facility didn't allowed to carry food from outside, well connected with ring road

The stay at the hotel was very pleasant. Staff was super co-operative and service was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody who is looking for a nice stay in Lucknow in a mid-level pricing. Public transport connectivity is also good since the hotel is on main road.

ailsThe Toilet wall was broken, walls were damp and smelling when we first entered. The mattress was so old and torn that it's spring was coming out and while getting out of bed at night 4am i got scratched with the pointed spring on my inner thigh. After calling the desk someone came and says "itni choti si baat he sir". The worst hotel till date. I have a video too. Even after narrating the same to the manager in morning I asked what will you do about this, they offered me free lunch as if am a free eater. Worst customer service.

Food is not so good. And room is also not so good. Bedsheet and. Pillows is very bad condition. May be they don't giving us clean bedsheet or pillows.
