Hotel is ok, ok. But no task on cleanliness and room service. That should be looked at. Rest all ok.

Room was a bit unclean, mattress cover had some dirty spots, but the staff was great and the food was ok too. Location is also not far from railway station and is close to metro station too

The nirmal place is good hotel for staying at lucknow, this is safe & clean hotel, and staff is very good

Location is good. All basic amenities provided. Room though neat &clean, is small. Good for short stay and value for money.

Not a single water bottle given by hotel, I asked for 1st free water bottle. Staf saying you given money for hotel not for water bottle. as every hotel give a 1st water bottle form there side atleast ₹20/- ... cleaning is not up to the mark.. All the washroom tabs are in damaged conditions like it will fall directly into the basin..
Geezer is given only a single bucket of hot water .. then it got stopped working.. WiFi available but asked for password 2 time staff is responding like wait wait I giving, wait wait.. but staff not shared. It was a very bad experience..

The check in was smooth and staff courteous. The room was clean and definitely worth more than what i had to pay. The best thing is the convenient location
