Divine Glory Hotel

When we reached we were given 2 options to select from with regard to the room. One was worse than the other. The toilet was filthy. They gave used linens which we asked them to change. There was not a single window in the room. It was so claustrophobic. We had no option but to select one of the rooms as i had paid fully during booking. We asked them to clean the toilet, which they did but still it was filthy. Then came the terrible part. In the night after we went to sleep then was continuous hammering from the top floor and the next room. I kept calling the reception and they kept giving lame excuses. Just couldn’t sleep the entire night. All in all a terrible experience. Travellers should think a million times before booking this place.

The hotel was nice and clean, staff were nice and polite just need to focus more on basic amenities like towel etc. That’s it good thing is online cab takes less time.

The property is good as per the location and ambience. Bathrooms are clean. Staff behavious if generous and humble. The dinner i ordered was good enough and the quantity was huge. One feedback from my side for improvement perspective is that their kitchen starts from 8:30 am onwards which is too late for breakfast if someone has to leave for airport or train. Kindly do something for this. Rest all is good.

Good location and overall satisfied. Nice rooms all basic amenities available. Good option for few days stay.
