I stayed for three nights and experienced very bad services. No proper cleaning of room in daytime, they only manage the bed. Very very BAD service

the property is well laid out and managed. staff is polite and courteous. room rates are reasonable.

Place was good , good food and was very near to sgpgi Lucknow . I was not in the center of Lucknow , but still decent place to stay.

The rooms were clean, staffs friendly and they upgraded our rooms on availability so that’s a bonus point. The hotel restaurant food is Amazingg btw !!

*room service is not good, booked dinner don't have choices even though we are paying approx 1000 for one dinner*

Location good provided you want to access area near sgpi, food was also good, rooms clean and hygienic. Amenities also ok. Being double occupancy was expecting everything in doublet but provided single. Eg tea cup, slipper, glass. Need to ask for another. Rest everything was fine. Nice stay for family

this is an outskirts hotel in Lucknow. if you are outsiders and want to catch a flight this is the best one ! please note if you are a tourist the main market will be 45 minutes , the nearest only lulu mall in half an hour.
