This hotel is extremely overprised. They suggest they are a 4 start hotel, but the certificate is from 2017 and expired in 2022. They dont't have a new 4 star rating (yet?). Service is extremely poor. The shower is dangerous, it can become extremely hot suddenly, don't put your children in this showe. Breakfast is very simple, almost no fresh products (i complained about this, but they didn't care). As a matter of fact we felt discriminated as Dutch tourist. Probably they only like French people. If you travel with children beware: they don't like children. We booked here because they heve 3 pools, but 2 of them are prohibited for children! They don't put this information on their website or booking. I tried to contact the hotel about our complaints (we have more), but they don't want to respond to our mails and say we are blacmailing, threathening and herrassing them. Wow!

Hotel has a great pool and garden area, well maintained Rooms are clean, but a bit out of time. price/performance could be better. Good breakfast plenty of choic. At night noice from the beach bar nearby. Close to the beach 50 Meter, Beach is ok for that side of the island. It could haappen that tankers unload oil or gas near the beach.

Everything was excellent. The restaurant was very good. The location is easy for Bastia airport and right on the beach. The grounds and facilities are also excellent. Only weakness we encountered was the WiFi which is in dire need of an upgrade. The nearby restaurant on the beach managed a perfect signal so hopefully this is something that can be fixed. Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

Très joli hôtel avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et à 2 pas de la plage très calme. Rooftop piscine parfait pour se reposer au calme Personnel très agréable Petit bémol, loin de tout, voiture obligatoire… Très bon séjour

J'ai récemment séjourné à l'hôtel La Lagune et je dois dire que cet établissement mérite amplement ses quatre étoiles. Les espaces extérieurs étaient magnifiques et parfaitement entretenus. J'ai été impressionnée par la propreté et la beauté des lieux. De plus, l'hôtel dispose de plusieurs piscines chauffées, ce qui est un véritable atout pour se détendre et profiter du soleil. La formule dînatoire proposée par l'hôtel était excellente. Les produits utilisés étaient frais et de qualité, ce qui se reflétait dans les plats savoureux servis. J'ai vraiment apprécié une cuisine saine et équilibrée. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était un véritable régal. Servi par Josepha, une grande variété de choix, allant des fruits frais aux viennoiseries délicieuses. De beaux buffets Josepha était exceptionnelle dans son service, professionnelle et souriante. Son attention aux détails et sa gentillesse ont vraiment rendu mon expérience matinale agréable. En conclusion, hôtel, bien situé proche de l’aéroport, les pieds dans l’eau .

Literie impeccable, personnel de ménage très efficace, aimable et serviable. Le lieu est reposant, il y a 1 grande piscine extérieure chauffée, une petite intérieure et une petite sur le top roof. Spa, hammam, sauna et possibilité de soins à la carte sont disponibles. Accès direct à la plage bien pratique. Grand parking. Possibilité de prendre ses repas en extérieur petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet qui est bien garni. Merci à Josepha pour sa gentillesse, son accueil et sa bonne humeur. Le directeur et Ludo sont aux petits soins avec la clientèle, ils vous prodigueront de bons conseils de visites. Et le meilleur pour la fin cet établissement accueille les chiens ce qui commence à être rare. Il y a des chats de la maison et des recueillis qui sont pris en charge par Josepha. La présence de ces animaux rend les lieux plus familiaux.

Une nuit passée avec ma compagne, c’était à la hauteur de nos attentes.
Certaines choses peuvent être améliorées comme partout sans que ce soient réellement dérangeant.
Je dois dire qu’au niveau du service sans faire de généralité sur le personnel car il y a des personnes plus compétentes et agréables que d’autres, il y a mieux même beaucoup mieux pour un hôtel qui peut prétendre à une 5*. Pour le service ils en sont loin.
Le restaurant est vraiment en dessous de tout tant au niveau du service que de la cuisine. Très mauvaise prestation compte tenu du prix et de l’image associée à l’hôtel bien qu’il soit précisé que l’hôtel uniquement et un 4*
Pour le positif et il y en a ce sont les prestations et le confort de la suite Élisabeth.

hotel sympa dans l'ensemble mais nous avons dû quitter les lieux tellement le bruit de la paillote à côté sur la plage était insupportable toute la nuit du 18-19 août même fene^tres fermées le personnel était serviable sinon et accès à la page tb

Très bel endroit tout confort et idéalement situé. Point de départ pour visiter de multiples sites de Corse. Hôtel sur la plage, superbe piscine, superbe SPA, personnel chaleureux Roof top avec superbe vue Petit déjeuner buffet vraiment parfait, il ne manque rien, les repas au restaurant sont très bon A voir sans tarder
