Food is tasty, good service.

This was a pleasant place for us. It is not at all elegant, and the stairwell to the rooms showed its age, but our room was comfortable, nicely appointed, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows very nice. Our room was in a second location a few meters down the street from the main entrance. The breakfast was pleasant. We plan to return and to stay in the same place. The parking behind the hotel was a nice plus.

Loved this property. Couldn’t ask for better with the location. We walked to everything. Lucca is not huge but it was good to be in a spot that was fairly quiet at night. We were there for 4 nights that went over a weekend. There was a bar at the end of the street where a LOT of people gathered and there was noise from there but the minute the window was closed you could not really hear them. It was hot weather but the room was cool even with the windows shut so all good. There are restaurants and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Anfiteatro where you are spoilt for dining options. Our room, Flora, was big. The bed was very comfortable, water was hot, WiFi was good and there is a fridge. The establishment itself is quiet. We couldn’t hear other guests at all. The included breakfast is very good. Plenty to choose from and should suit everyone. It set us up for the day. The only thing we would have liked was having access to make a cup of tea outside of breakfast hours. Not a complaint but it would have been nice. We didn’t have a car so I can’t comment on the parking area but it was an easy taxi ride from Lucca station. The hosts were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.we would definitely recommend a stay here.

We would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lucca. We stayed in the garden apartment which was amazing - spacious, air conditioned, well equipped kitchen, fabulous shower room and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the main B&B house and was self service continental style with many different options and fresh coffee made to order, including decaf. The covered terrace in the garden was a real bonus. The staff were really helpful and went out of their way to give us the assistance we needed. Cannot comment on parking as we arrived by train from Pisa airport but would advise if you are carrying/dragging heavy luggage (in the heat or the rain) the walk from Lucca station was a bit of a challenge. Gemma di Elena kindly booked us a taxi from the apartment to Lucca station which cost 25 euro.

Very nice staff, quick check-in. The room was pretty basic but very clean and quiet. Central location, walking distance to the train station, shops and restaurants nearby. Public areas are very cosy. Great value for the price paid.

First and foremost the people here are the most pleasant you could imagine. They were so helpful especially with getting our car to their location as the GPS apparently likes to take everyone through town. They were so amazing and helpful with everything. Our room was right off the breakfast room and I was worried it would be loud in the morning but it wasn't at all. Loved our 3 night stay!
