Motel 6 Lubbock, TX

Oh My God! I am in disbelief! I remember I'm growing up my parents always chose Motel 6 between Texas and Florida they were super nice then! This particular one in Lubbock Tx is crap! Sorry but it is! I have never in my life seen so many cops patrolling a motel! This place needs to be knocked down and rebuilt asap! It is trash! Good luck getting the room you reserved too, that ain't going to happen! In the back is where people live, travelers stay upfront. It's loud, and people walking through that place all night long!! I'm not staying there anymore for sure! It is downright disgusting!! I swear practically every single bathtub in that place is so nasty! And cigarette burns man! I don't know who trains house keeping but they need re training! I know people can't take care of nothing, they don't care! But dang it takes the cake! It's cheap it is but I mean, it blows me away! I'm lost for words! I did speak with the owner a couple of years ago guys he does not care period! He wants your money and does not care about you being there! So if you do stay be extremely careful!!

Was very clean, and cozy when I stayed there. There very fair on there prices. There pet friendly that was a big plus for me when I moved down here. Staff were really friendly, and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my family an friends. I really like motel 6 . I always choose motel 6 over an motel.

This place is horrible! I stayed there for almost a month and the staff is so unprofessional and rude. Everyday that I was there, there was a girl sitting on the stairs by my room talking loudly asking for money and sex. Then one afternoon the girl from the stairs was beating and kicking on someone’s door threatening the person who stayed in the room. The girl in the room wasn’t arguing back or nothing just asked her to get out of her room. Then I guess the manager came storming into the door way yelling at the guest who rented the room! And kicked her visitors off property. There is no where on any walls or nothing saying no visitors either. Then later on that evening the girl in the room was being quiet not bothering anyone when the front desk came up there and said that she had too much traffic and there was hardly anyone going to her room. Just plain hateful people. Then the girl who kept threatening the other girl would stand outside the other girls room yelling and threatening her and when the front desk was notified nothing was done or said about it. The next day the girl who was paying her rent and not being obnoxious was kicked off property because of the girl who didnt have a room there and had no business being there. This place needs to get real and quit bullying people! Rosa you are the manager but yet you can’t even protect your guest instead you allowed someone who has no business being on property threaten and bully a guest, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Had to give it one star but didn't want to! The worst place ever. Everything from the lobby to the room was very outdated. Was charged $20 for an early check-in. The room smelled like puke, I asked for a room change and they had none. They said they would send someone to make the room smell better. I went to find a breakfast place, ate then went back, grabbed my bags and dropped off the keys. No one had been there. It still smelled horrible. I cancelled my reservation for 5 nights thru *******.

 minutes ago on  Google We had reservations for Wednesday check out Sunday. We were late getting to a function checked in looked at the room and decided it was disgusting. We left went to our function stayed somewhere else that night to return and see if we could cancle and not get charged for the remaning days. We were told yes. I left to tell my husband and we went back but were told we had to do it before 11 am. So I came the next day at 9 but was then told the manager had to do it and she would be here at 10:30. I checked out and they charged me the full amount for 4 nights. There's rat and roach poop grease broken furniture dirt broken ac leaking fridge broken microwave jewellery and lighters. Missing light bulbs, shades, iron, an extra broken microwave in a cabinet full of mouse crap. Holes in bedding nails sticking out of the wall where your head would be. Sleep in a dumpster behind a 7-11 it's cleaner.

If I could give this hotel a zero star review, I would. After getting our key, we get out of our car and are immediately met with a lady, who looked like she was on *****, yelling and cussing at someone as she passed. We kept walking towards our room and passed another couple fighting with each other, a guy smoking out of a glass pipe, and another guy sitting on the stairs smoking ****. After all of that, we went back up to the front and told them we were not comfortable staying here with our kids. We were given the number for Christine, the manager, to call the following morning to get a refund. We called multiple times to speak to Christine before we were finally told, after bring placed on hold for over 30 minutes, that Christine refused to speak to us and would not be giving us a refund. We reached out to corporate and are still awaiting a call back from them. Do not stay at this motel!!!!
