Hotel rooms and property were nice. Service is extremely slow and water and power left often throughout the trip.

What stood out to me the most was the service I received from Joseph at the front desk. Joseph if you should ever read this, you are a gem. You made our three night stay ran as smooth as you could and you went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had a great stay and for that I say thank you. My dislikes were, no much options to choose from for meals, there aren’t any microwaves or kitchen areas in the rooms so everything you need has to be ordered from their restaurant causing you to spend excess. Wasn’t an issue for me but I’d you are seeking a quiet space here isn’t for you because it’s close to the airport and you’ll hear the airplanes coming and going throughout the day. Overall it was a good experience. I did enjoyed the view and the kid’s friendly pool.

The resort is located in the center of the popular tourist attractions. They have great service and staff are helpful. Beautiful views.

The Morgan is a beautiful and clean resort. Staff is excellent, especially the valets. I wish there were hooks in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang towels. Would have also liked robes. Other than those two minor issues, we loved it!

Hey beautiful hotel great restaurant all the food was great. For some reason you were not able to charge everything to your room you needed to have your credit card with you even at the pool, which was a major inconvenience

Everything was amazing minus wait service. I was at pool one day 4 hrs nobody asked me if i wanted anything to drink or eat. And waiting on my food at the restaurant I noded off to a slumber, thats how long i waited. Another day it took 20 min before i got water and bread and the restaurant. Other then that the resort is beautiful, the rooms are modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and always helpful.

View of the pool/ocean is spectacular but that is the #1 highlight of the property by a wide margin. It is also basically on the airport property so be warned that it is somewhat noisy and ground vibrates at times when planes fly above. We stayed at the Morgan for 4 nights. However, our flight out was cancelled so we had to find another night stay somewhere for the 5th night -- we opted for the JW Marriott despite its distance from the airport. The JW is gorgeous. While the view at the Morgan is top notch, the hotel itself can't compare to the JW. If your intent is to find a party type of hotel, I suppose the Morgan is closer to more bars. But if the goal of your vacation is to relax, absorb the quiet, and treat yourself to more of an indulging stay of luxury, try the JW. It actually cost us more to stay the Morgan than the JW; felt we had received more value and relaxation at the JW for the one night we tried it.

I like that it was beside Maho beach. Watching the planes was cool. Beautiful pool and view. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Food was a bit pricey.
