The resort is in a great location in Simpson Bay and only15 minutes from the airport, 4 restaurants on property with several more restaurants nearby. Hollywood ******, Red Piano Night Club and Coco Beach Bar also on property. The Buccaneer Beach Bar is right next door. Fun resort, friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Great location, room and grounds. The only drawback was the excessively loud music coming from the club at the end of the bay.

Perfect location, walkable to almost everything. Great restaurants on resort. Taxi, free shuttle, bus convenient. Check in young man helped with blocked credit card. Called our credit card company from desk. The BEST customer service. Resort exactly as featured on website. Villa was clean, quiet, luxurious... we'll be back again!!

Services in all aspects of the property are extremely poor that it is not acceptable giving price paid for $500/night. A phone call dailed to 0 needed more than 30 seconds to 1 minitue to pick up at all time. Getting towels need a day to get it. Nobody cares about their customers as staffs are not getting paid for their jobs. All in all, it is unacceptable and poor services.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Property very clean. Very close to airport. A number of places to eat (and drink) right on site. Nice fitness center and lovely surroundings.

We truly enjoyed our week-long stay. The property had a wide variety of free amenities, ranging from multiple pools with different atmospheres to a small beach. Breakfast was included with our package, so we were able to start the day with a healthy meal and then go out exploring. We were able to walk to local hangouts (La Suciere for French pastries and Buccaneer Beach Bar for all-you-can-eat BBQ chicken and ribs were two favorites). For fun one day, we took the minibus to Philipsburg where we dodged the cruise ship crowds swarming the streets. We enjoyed hanging out and sitting on our balcony that overlooked Simpson Bay. Finally, and so important, the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Clean, reasonably priced, in room microwave, fridge and coffee maker - mini mart steps away to buy coffee, milk, cereal and save $$
