There is a large kitchen, laundry room, fenced yard with a fire pit, beach storage shed, and large deck with all the amenities needed for outdoor dining. The sunsets are beyond breathtaking, and a beautiful walking sidewalk runs the length of the bay. The streets are wide, and biking is easy.
