Everything was fine. Easy check in and check out place was fairly clean

When we walked in and were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk. She also helped us find a great Asian restaurant for dinner. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a king bed with and efficiently; sink, dishwasher, all the dishes and things needed, mini fridge, microwave & coffee pot, plus some extras. The pool was kept clean as well as the hallways and elevators. The continental breakfast was nice and had a verity of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Room#1 was dirty bugs everywhere, stains on the walls floors and bedding, the front door doesn’t really close
Room #2 the smoke alarm was beeping all night so we got zero sleep, then we left for a hockey game and came back to the roof leaking all over the ground, window sill, and in the A/c (but the A/c didn’t work in the first place!!)

Room #3 The bed also had stains everywhere and dead bugs, sand, other weird stuff in the bedding and it also had zero hot water, and we didn’t get any Shampoo just Body lotion!!!
And when i asked to speak to the manager or owner to get a refund and to possibly cancel our stay and find a new hotel, The guy at the front just said he was the manager ( and be wouldn’t want to just us a refund instead he kept trying to give us another room) and apparently the owner was on vacation!!!

Terrible property. Dirty and understaffed. Found a roach on one of the pillows. Just a horrible hotel which gives Best Western a bad name.

Virtual assistant was really slow for check in. He was nice and polite but it’s never taken this long to check in.

All the furniture is old, beat up and dirty. The tops of the furniture have gobs of old food and dirty laundry. There are stains that look like blood on the boxspring. Very visible upon entering. Can’t belief I paid for this!!!!

This place was very dirty. There were dead bugs everywhere in our room. The water pressure was terrible and hot water was temperamental. The only positive was it was a good location.

Bullet proof glass at registration desk disconcerting. Saw bugs on registration desk. Very loud / doors and walls do not block light noise from hallway and other rooms. Walls and doors damaged/scratched up, and elevator only working intermittently. Proximity to hospital a plus, and room was clean. But I wouldn’t stay here. Again.
