We arrived late at night room was v hot. Had fan but this did nothing. The room had window but is by a motorway so noisy and had bright lights out side. Drawing the curtains stopped any air coming in. Front desk indicated next morning they knew there was a problem. It was so hot it made my oldest daughter ill. I can not recommend this place and would not use again .. perhaps in the winter.

Horrible nights stay. But fantastic breakfast. The room was so hot. 35'c plus all night. Couldn't sleep because of how hot it was. No aircon, had a fan that was useless. Asked to be changed to another room but was told they were fully booked so no. Spoke to the manager in the morning. Said about this good night guarantee. Explain about everything but told me to call customer services. I called and they said that the temperature of the room is not in the guarantee so no partial or full refund. Basically had to swallow the cost even thought we had no sleep because of the heat. Even the head house keeper and other cleaners said we were put in the hottest room in the hotel. So they knew before we did. Very unhappy. They were happy to refund the breakfast that we paid for but the breakfast was lovely. It was the night stay that was a shambles. Never using premier inn again. Once they get your money, if you have a genuine reason for being unhappy. Forget about complaining. Lost our custom forever now.

Hotel in need of refurbishment. Rooms were ok and TV ok. Main prob is the cost. I paid over £135 for one night including bkfst. This is twice as high as Gloucestershire.the meal was good though. the customer base were very working class though I should not say that. We were given a vulnerable room though we didn't ask for it. £30 pounds would have a more reasonable price

After having trouble connecting to the wifi the staff was very helpful. They changed my room over and offered to help with my luggage too. Very pleased.

Usual place, staff excellent, food nextdoor brewers fayre so ok for a one off, for a premier inn it is not the best or the worst

We only stayed for one night to attend an event early the following morning. The receptionist was really lovely and very friendly. We had a room on the inner block which was very quiet and had everything we needed. Bed was super comfy, pillows weren’t rock hard which some hotels can be!! Loads of car parking, it did fill up but still plenty of spaces. Would definitely stay again if needed
