Booked a room for a night since I was hosting a fundraiser for my daughter’s school Nextdoor at Hapa’s. This was perfect because I could just walk up to the room after a night of fun with our school!
The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony. Complimentary wine and cookies at check-in was a perk, and complimentary breakfast items in the morning was nice. The price was affordable and the location was great!
Con: the key readers to get into our room/gym didn’t work sometimes
Con: the floors/ceiling are thin and you can hear footsteps from the floor above you, it was daytime though, so I wasn’t bothered, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
Con: wish there was a pool/jacuzzi

Great hotel! Extremely friendly staff. Lots of comfortable spaces throughout the hotel to sit and relax. Would definitely stay here again.

This is such a lovely spot in Los Gatos. It’s easy to walk everywhere and it’s quiet at night. Unfortunately the beds are not very comfortable (but if you like a super firm mattress with no cushion it will suit you fine). Nicest front desk staff, though, and very reasonably priced (which is a trade off with needing to bring your own mattress topper…)

Toll House Hotel was a wonderful location to stay. Multiple restaurants & shops in walking distance. On Sunday there was an amazing Farmers Market across the street at the park. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved the location and proximity to downtown Los Gatos. On a Saturday night, the hotel restaurant and bar were not open at 8 pm. The garage was flooded at the exit and at the walkway to the street. Water running into the elevator shaft. Room was clean. It took forever to get hot water to the shower. Almost gave up. Not enough outlets in the room.

They claimed to have pastries and fruit for breakfast 7am until 10am. We came down at 7:15 am and there was nothing… the front desk said they ran out… but there was no residue of the pastries and fruit so I told him I dont believe him. His face said he had lied.

Another wonderful stay at The Toll House. Super clean rooms, friendly staff, a great bed and a wonderful, cozy stay. Looking forward to my next stay!
