Beautiful hotel great location very clean close to beach nearby shops and bars but not noisy poolside is spotless. New towels everyday. Great food buffet and full menu. Entertainment hall with great shows on. Friendly staff . Rooms cleaned every day

The hotel is great for quiet holiday. No music by the pool, only during aqua aerobics. Great entertainment with Jess, darts, table tennis, shuffle board & bingo. Food is great when it comes to allrlergy's, everything is clearly marked and they do provide GF bread, muffins and desert. Only minus is the price of going to the rooftop. It's €90 per day per person on top of the room price, which is a lot! It does include drinks, but as I don't drink alcohol it's not a great deal.

The Spring Arona Gran Hotel is a luxurious and stunning hotel, we felt quite special during our stay over Christmas. Our room was spacious and exceptionally clean, we had the use of bathrobes and slippers, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony was private and spacious. Pool towels were available and there was plenty of seating and sunbeds around the pool and bar area, where food was served throughout the day. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly, it was apparent to us that they enjoyed working there. We were on a B & B basis, there was lots of choice for breakfast, the food was hot and excellent. (There was a microwave for use if needed). Although we were on B & B basis, the Gala Dinner on Christmas Day was included in the holiday price, therefore we were able to experience the dinner selection and we were not disappointed, the choice of dishes and quality of the food was exceptional and our glasses were "topped up" with cava and wine all through the dinner service by the friendly restaurant staff. The hotel is in a quiet position and as it's adult only was perfect for a restful holiday. The access by the hotel lift down to the promenade was convenient where we could walk along to the busier parts of the resort for the shops, cafes, restaurants and bars, many serving traditional English food, other cuisines available too. All in all we could not fault this hotel and would definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here 15th to 29th December on a package booked with Jet2. The weather was pretty bad when we arrived with high winds. We were on the top floor in a side sea view room and there was very intrusive noise from the roof, we assume due to the wind. The reception staff were very helpful and arranged a move to a different room, this was apparently a higher category but we weren’t charged. Not entirely sure because it seems Jet2 and the hotel categorise the rooms slightly differently. Anyway, this response seemed typical, staff were very pleasant and helpful all the time, from the people doing the rooms through to the managers. The hotel is very attractive and located pretty much on the sea front, although the shore at this point is rock and pebble, not a beach, but the beaches of Cristianos are only a short walk away. The atrium/foyer area is particularly imposing and attractive. The rooms are good, we found the bed comfortable and slept well, despite the rather noticeable plastic mattress cover. Having to pay for the safe is annoying since it’s just sat there and presumably incurs no cost for the hotel whether it’s used or not. There’s a decent range of entertainment and diversions throughout the day including gym based classes such as yoga. The evening entertainment was also pretty good, often tribute type acts. We were half board and didn’t have the UP! facility. Breakfast was pretty good, something for everyone I would think. The evening meal is also a buffet and not so good. I found the fish and meat being cooked fresh on the griddle was generally unpalatable and sometimes quite unpleasant. I guess providing buffet food for such a large number of people is always going to be problematic but honestly found the standard of the evening meal disappointing for a hotel of this star rating. It’s an adults only hotel and the average age of guests is quite high and quite a few people had disabilities of one sort or another. Quite a few guests were using mobility scooters or walking frames.

Cant fault this hotel, well appointed rooms, spotlessly clean, food choice & quality is excellent. Staff are super friendly. We were on the UP terrace & enjoyed the views, the comfort, food & drinks, all premium level. Everything about this hotel is customer focused, love it

Enjoyed the facilities the staff were excellent and the choice of food and quality were good and the cleanliness was outstanding . The hotel is well situated for elderly people to walk along the sea front where there are plenty of seats available
