This is hands down one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting, filthy, and smelly common areas. Out of three elevators, only one works. Breakfast? For the first time in all my hotel stays, no matter where I’ve been, there were always eggs and hot breakfast options—except here. Not only that, I had to go through about 8 glasses before I found one that wasn’t filthy. And even that one wasn’t clean, just the least dirty. That’s beyond insane. Spoiled milk, and to top it off, the soy milk was also bad. This was a complete disaster. Maybe other people in Spain, where they don’t seem to care about standards, but for anyone who knows how a hotel should operate, this is absolutely unacceptable. Just the day before, I stayed at the NH Marbella hotel and had no such issues (except for the equally awful internet). NH Group really needs to start inspecting their hotels more rigorously. This is beyond unacceptable. On top of that, the room was oddly arranged. If I wanted to sit at the desk under the TV, no one could pass by to get to the bed. The phone by the bedside made this weird buzzing noise in the middle of the night, so I had to disconnect it. The bedside lamp on the right was broken. I’ve honestly never seen so many things go wrong in one hotel in my life. But the thing that drove me absolutely insane the most? The internet. Are you kidding me with this internet? Or are you just mocking your guests at this point? What exactly is this supposed to be? Having an internet speed of 1Mbps download and 0.3Mbps upload in this day and age is beyond unacceptable—it's outrageous. Does this hotel even realize what century and year we’re in? This wouldn’t have been acceptable 15-20 years ago, let alone today. It’s an absolute insult and a complete disregard for your customers. You've utterly ruined my entire stay.
