Le Petit Pali Brentwood

I’m unsure that words can describe the beauty and exciting glory of staying at this hotel!! I almost second guessed writing a review because I want to keep it to myself!! This was one of the most thoughtful, enjoyable, appealing, and fun stays I’ve had on a trip in a long time. And I must say, Anna at the front desk, is the person to know when you need ANYTHING handled here. We came for just a couple nights and had a maintenance issue with first room- and didn’t even have time to put our bags down before the team was moving us to an immaculate new room and they all have treated us like family at every turn. On top of that- the property is all newly renovated and feels like it’s still untouched! If you stay here, be prepared to never want to leave!

This was our first stop on our tour of California, check in easy, lady at the desk was really helpful with ideas of where to eat etc in the local area. Room was compact but clean, odd smell at times, perhaps a bit musty. Shower was tiny but everything was provided that you needed. Good location for us, plenty of eateries within 15/20 minute walk. Breakfast is limited but will tide you over until you find somewhere for a more substantial meal. Enjoyed our stay.

You ever had that experience that you don't want to write a review, because the review will add to a place being so popular you won't be able to set foot in that restaurant/hotel again. Sigh. This place is where you want to stay (full stop). Everything about the place speaks to their intention to make you happy. 1) The rooms are adorable. 2) The staff is professional and personable (shout out to Anna and Jason). 3) Breakfast in the morning is thoughtful and cute. 4) Location in Brentwood. 5) Even the guests are great because you feel lucky to be in a gem of a place. 6) Housekeeping did an excellent job and is also very considerate. If you come be patient with the parking (tight fit) and know that if you don't see the staff, they are making a guests day a bit better.

Forget the cold, sterile, and cookie-cutter vibe of major hotel chains when you stay at Le Petit Pali. This is reminiscent of a quaint bed and breakfast with the most thoughtful touches: complementary breakfast delivered directly to your room in an adorable basket, rainfall showerheads in the shower with incredible water pressure, a freshly baked cookie delivered to your room every single day, and all the comforts of home. The rooms are cozy and include refrigerators filled with drinks (for cost), a comfortable bed, access to streaming TV, a basket of snacks (both sweet and savory- again, for a cost), plenty of power outlets, and a really cute vintage-modern vibe. Customer service is on par with 5-star luxury properties. This place is perfect for those who have a hard time sleeping away from home. I felt like I was waking up in my own home, or staying with family (in the best possible way). Hector, Jacqueline, and the entire crew made sure I had everything I needed, from umbrellas to deal with the torrential downpour, and even a call in the morning to ask if I wanted a coffee or breakfast because they noticed that I didn’t fill out a breakfast request form. They have literally thought of everything, down to the very last detail. Highly recommend this property for anyone who is visiting the area. I look forward to returning next month.

The service at Petit Pali was great and the extra touches (breakfast basket) were fabulous. Anna, at the front desk, was wonderful to talk with. She made me feel immediately welcome, taking the time to show me around and ensuring I had everything I needed. I had made an impromptu trip to LA to see my daughter The coziness and warmth of arriving to a soft fire in the lobby and homey furnishings in our room was just what I envisioned. We both loved the attention to detail in the decor and the thoughtful touches to the rooms (Diptyque bath products, Baci chocolates at bedside, LPP robes & slippers, etc). I have stayed at two other Pali locations but this was my first visit to the Brentwood location. I will be back!!!
