Everything is good but location wise depending where do you want to go. Is next to Highway so is fine with a car.

Location is convenient. Bedding, linens, and bathroom are very clean.

Very clean, nice hotel. The location is great if you are visiting the Getty or UCLA. However, you might want to plan your dinning options for dinner before hand. I prefered not to go out at night to the neighborhood.

服務和房間設施都很不錯，早飯也很標準，第一天入住的洗手池有點問題也及時給我們更換了新房間，停車很方便出門就能上高速，位置離市區有點距離但附近治安還可以，對面有711也算方便。

酒店衞生非常好，在美國住了一個多禮拜的酒店了，是最乾淨的一家。雖然衹有兩個鑽，但是我覺得住起來很舒服。早餐的地方也非常方便。周邊也有拉麪等，比較符合中國人吃的餐廳。總共住了三晚。第一晚的WiFi信號不太好，後面換了房間，信號好了很多。如果對WiFi信號有需求的朋友，注意不要離中心太遠。或者在入住的時候和前台強調一下。

房間靠高架，晚上非常吵，完全對不起這個價格。小朋友們可以玩小遊樂場，還不錯

離日本城很近，吃東西購物比較方便。在公路邊上，有點吵

With the rising hotels and their regulations.. this is the ONLY hotel after many previous years .. that I have seen with a Microwave inside the room.. and all is very clean.. plus the front desk is superb.. very respectful and service oriented.. and she always have a smile. Thank you so much making our shirt stay comfortable.

I enjoyed the quietness and fast and easy check in. Overall experience was great. Would stay there again.

The staff was extremely friendly and provided efficient room service. The breakfast options are good but the menu remains same which is disappointing. The location of the property is unbelievably poor - right off the highway, extremely noisy and in a sketchy area. You will not be able to walk around for sure.

The room was stuffy and muggy, with a moldy scent. Extremely noisy and was not able to sleep all night! I'm definitely reaching out for customer service on this one. There were some kind of maintenance going on and hammering until three in the morning. I had to get up at five to go work!

I really want a full refund. We weren’t able to sleep. Our room was next to the Main Street and it was super noisy!!! Even worse you could hear people walking, talking and being loud all night. We checked in at 8 pm and we literally booked tgis room to rest for a few hours and check out the next morning. Resting was the only thing we weren’t able to achieve. Please advise how could I request to get my money back.
