This hotel is so noisy. The other room had a big party all night. The concierge didn’t even check the room. Also, the noise from outside was so bad too. The hotel put the ear plugs for the customers. It means that it will be so noisy. and they didn’t even clean our room everyday.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. The hotel was very secure as well. My only complaint is, over night parking is $30/ day. There might be cheaper parking but due to the homeless people, I was not willing to park farther away.

We stayed by the elevator and the echo of people just walking was so bad, let alone their conversations. It was like they were sitting next to me yelling. I just would never stay again because of this and I love the Sonder brand.
You also need to do 2 things right away. Put felts under your chairs as there were constant screeching sounds from various apartments that echoed. And a door liner as at the bottom of the door there is 1/2 space for noise to travel. You staff member said you were doing one hotel at a time. The felts can be done by the housekeepers.
I left exhausted.

I loved the deluxe suite, it was everything and more. The staff were extremely helpful. It was EXCELLENT. I'm going to continue booking Sonder in other cities when we travel. I'm that impressed!

Everything was great !!! Both in the service and with the room, we only had some problems with the digital lock,but in general ok,very nice hotel and well located.

Modern contemporary room design.. Very spacious. Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Loved the kitchenette and big fridge. The only problem is that the area it’s too noisy at night, it’s like people around don’t sleep at all, sirens at 3 am was annoying, people drinking outside at 4am with music, bring earplugs or a good sleeping pill.

Our stay at Sonder the Craftman was super. The room was spacious and clean. The area was pretty good, at night the homeless came out but it didn’t feel unsafe. We had a washing machine and dry machine in our room, which was practical. The staff was also really nice.

Great great staff. Sophia at the desk is wonderful, security staff is excellent as well as how fast they help. The negative was the beds where dirty, shower pressure is very low and tv was small and out of place for both beds.
