Really like the hotel and the environment. They also have good restaurant with affordable price. The hotel location also nearby to other restaurant as well

衞生挺乾淨。窗簾很透明，這個沒有懂。夜晚還是安靜的。由於靠近路邊，早上還是有點吵。停車免費的，而且地方很寬敞。房間也挺大，值得一住

房間一般，本來認為萬怡酒店應該不錯，但是實際上並沒有達到滿意程度，與萬豪酒店標準之間的距離還是比較大的

每次來這裏出差住宿這家 蠻温馨

Non hotel guests cannot use pool despite spending at the Long Bar. Retired single local spending 50-150 per visit at long bar, told to leave empty pool area. I’ve been doing visits to the Sheraton Palo Alto pool for years but it’s 5 miles away so I thought I’d try the pool and restaurant here because it’s convenient. I told the GM to his face that i usually go to the Sheraton Palo Alto pool etc. later today he kicked me out of the empty pool area because I’m not a hotel guest.DUH. My bad I guess!

Another wonderful stay! Sharon and the male manager (Don't know the spelling of his name) we're top notch to insure our stay was perfect. And indeed it was. Great happy hour, jacuzzi, friendly staff, robes, and we can charge our Tesla overnight which makes for a very easy departure the next morning. Looking forward to our return.

Hotels in the bay area are always ... disappointing. This one is standard Courtyard Marriott fare. So I guess, it is not as disappointing as the Sheraton (since expectations is much lower). The room is clean, and it serve the function of being a clean place I can sleep.

I stayed in this hotel for a work trip - room was spacious and bed extremely comfortable. My room was looking into the main road, but I heard no noise at all - and slept really well! Overall the hotel lobby and bar looks a bit tired - and the lift could do with some improvements (it is very slow) - however I enjoyed my stay here. Service is good, you can get popcorn and nachos in the evening for free, and they offer you a free glass of wine during your stay. Only thing to note is that this place is quite far from Palo Alto - you definitely need a car if you want to visit the city center for restaurants or shopping.

I try to check in a but early that didn’t work. The front desk supervisor is extremely rude. Don’t know her name but she is Filipino with short hair. I stayed in July and September. She never smiles and the way she approaches her employees is unprofessional. She makes you not want to stay there. Thank goodness the rest of the staff is welcoming. Shout out to Mele and her care.

Los Altos is a hidden gem and this hotel has a great location to be close to Silicon Valley and the Peninsula without high prices. The one bedroom suite was very comfortable with lots of room for the kids. We loved the heated pool and hot tubs and the complimentary pizza & popcorn each night was a huge hit! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Safe undergound parking with tons of EV chargers. We could walk to a candy store/coffee shop up the street and downtown Los Altos was just a 5 min drive.

Kudos to the management team here. It is a nicely appointed Courtyard where it is clear that hospitality matters. I stayed over 3 nights on a business trip. Great food in the bar / restaurant with a nice outdoor seating option. Good gym too. Most importantly the kindness and coordination of the staff was top notch. Thank you, and hope regional managers are able to share this magic with other locations.

What a pleasant surprise! Our room was beautiful and clean. Better yet, the patio at the hotel is very nice, with numerous fire pits and comfortable seating, with bar and restaurant service. The food was exceptional. Also, such hospitable service at the front desk and restaurant. 10 out of 10.

Friendly competent front desk, warm greeting by Jennifer hotel staff. Excellent location. Reliably good and clean hotel room that is a good value for the area. Nice courtyard area for outside dining or just reading. Good happy hour. Free covered garage parking away from the hot sun.
