Unquestionably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!
1. No pet policy. Show me where it says No Pets on the web site.
2. No heat in Room.
3. No blankets in room.
4. Spa not working.
5. Electriicity went out for 6 hours.
7. Grounds on property not maintained.
8. Not located in Loreto !! Way out of town.
9. Over priced.
This hotel will be out of business this year (2022) unless they strat improving everything. Obviously, there is a problem with funding.
Worst hotel ever.

Property needs upgrading badly staff was fine property needs work othe favor the villages of Loreto very nice extra well landscaped and very cute pretty quite at nite only couple places open not much nightlife

Hot tub was cold and dirty. I had gum stuck to the bathroom floor no one had cleaned up. Otherwise, beautiful views

The price was really good. Snorkeling, beach and swimming was great. Recommend getting ocean view with balcony. Great small pool. There was a fridge which we did not have elsewhere. Downside was there was no inside dining for lunch or dinner when it was windy. Nothing to do in evening. No transportation to real Loreto except taxis which were expensive. There Are lots of restaurants on ***** within walking distance. Restaurant prices higher then expected.

The standard room didn’t have a window that opened. Stuffy except for AC. The hot tub was cold and also the pool. The “Sports Bar” was never open.

This property sits on about 100 acres with beach access and a lovely golf course with unbelievable views. Large rooms and huge grounds. We watched pelicans and diving birds fish in front of us on a half mile beach with about 12 other people. It’s amazing value.

You can tell this Hotel is dated. It could definitely use some upgrading and the service was fair at best. We didn't receive any wash towel other than two large towels and one more large towel during our stay. We never received the TV and the A/C heater remotes even after I went down to request them.

This is a pretty property in a beaitiful setting. They really need to have someone available to help giests with their luggage and show you where ypur room is located - I was carrying a 50L backpack and the front desk told me to go in the opposite direction of where my room actually was. My room was also missing a tv and ac/heat remote.
