Beachfront, Ground Floor: Perfect for Summer!

This sublime oceanfront studio is directly on the pristine white sands and serene blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico in exclusive Longboat Key, Florida! Located on the ground floor (no stairs!), directly overlooking the heated pool and ocean, this dreamy studio condo is optimal for sunset viewing from a private lanai. Take a 10-second walk to the pool and onward to the secluded beach with loungers and sun umbrellas. Enjoy a relaxing vacation at our peaceful condo at The Beach on Longboat Key Resort! Also, if you want to vacation with friends or family, we own an upstairs unit, #222, as well...! Upon arrival to The Beach on Longboat Key Resort, you will be wowed by this tropical property! Conveniently located mid-island on Longboat Key, on Gulf of Mexico Drive, this small, intimate resort, only 15 units, has so much to offer: direct, private beach access, heated pool, BBQ grill, beach lounge chairs and sun umbrellas, onsite laundry, and complex office with staff. When you arrive, pick up a parking pass from the main office (onsite staff 9A.M. - 5P.M. daily for any questions), and then make your way to our condo, Unit 103, on the ground floor, for optimal sunset viewing! If you arrive late, there are also two laminated passes in the condo - use and return - easy! The condo has a smart lock for smooth entry and exit. Each guest is assigned a secure, individualized 4-digit code (deleted upon departure!), allowing for 24/7 arrival and freedom from carrying a key when on the beach...! Upon entering, you will walk through a small entryway to view the main living space. Our condo features a queen-size bed, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa for the extra members of your party - the little ones! There is a Smart television, with cable, for entertainment when you're not beaching it, along with a variety of reading material, board games, and children's toys. WiFi, of course, is available throughout! Also, there is a closet and underbed storage for belongings for a quick weekend getaway or a month-long stay...! For family use, we have a Pack 'N Play - convenient! The kitchen (dishwasher!), is fully stocked (coffee maker - drip and Keurig, blender, Tupperware, knife set, wine glasses, etc.), including everything you might need to cook meals in on the days you prefer not to dine out...! The bathroom features only a shower for water conservation on the island! Beyond the main living space is a large, private lanai, with table and chairs, ideal for eating a meal or sipping a cocktail! There is also a deck box with beach toys too! The condo has both central heat and air. There is a smoke detector and fire extinguisher, as well. On property, there is a heated pool with deck and loungers! Pick up a beach umbrella from the office and walk through the sea grapes (no need to cross a busy street!) to reach the private beach with more lounge chairs. No need to bring your own! A propane grill is on the lawn with grilling utensils in our unit! On the ground floor of The Beach complex, there is a free washer and dryer if needed during your trip. There is also a main dumpster for easy trash disposal. The best part of our condo is the direct ocean view and private beach access - just sublime! Notes: 1. Upon arrival, the condo will be prepared with fresh bed linens, bathroom towels, and beach towels. There will also be starter supplies of the following: Bathroom: - toilet paper - shampoo & conditioner - body wash - hand soap -hair dryer Kitchen: - dish soap & sponge - paper towels - dishwasher detergent - trash bags - aluminum foil - plastic storage bags - cleaning spray - spices - olive oil - coffee filters - drip and Keurig! Closet: - iron - laundry detergent - umbrella - extra sun umbrella, beach wagon - vacuum - broom & dustpan Daily housekeeping service is not available unless you would like to request a mid-stay clean for an extra fee, which I can arrange for you...! Sometimes that can come in really handy! 2. For our condo, there is one parking spot available - park wherever you like within the lot! Due to the size of the parking lot, unfortunately, no guest cars or trailers can be accommodated because it will take a spot away from another condo. 3. Please note our condo is a 330 sq-ft studio best suited for one-two adults or one-two adults plus one-two children in the sleeper sofa, and/or one in the Pack 'N Play, if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations for over two adults due to sleeping arrangement comfort. If it is a unique situation, feel free to message me to discuss further.
