The outdoor area features two lounge chairs, sofa seating with fire pit and additional dining table by the water so you can easily watch for manatee or dolphins. But, that's not all, there is also a dock so you can bring your boat or rent one from a local marina, do a little fishing or launch kayaks (ask Michaela about the rent)The dock is also equipped with a 10,000 lb. boat lift which is available for use for a small fee to have the lift bunks adjusted to your boat. Master Bedroom features a king size bed, 55" smart HD TV and en-suite bathroom. Guest room features 2 twin size beds , 43" smart HD TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Plenty of pool towels, beach towels and more..... BEACH ACCESS across Gulf of Mexico Drive on Gulfside drive across from Christ church. We provide a beach wagon, beach chairs &umbrellas.
