Premier Inn East Midlands Airport

Chose the Premier inn over the Leonardo hotel as last time we stayed it was perfect, what a mistake that was! Tried to order numerous drinks to be told sorry we don’t have that! Booked a 17.30 table so was early before the rush… food was terrible and I’d go as far as to say dangerous as someone will end up very poorly. Ordered a mixed Grill… chicken tasted sour and off so returned and partners fish looked like it had been triple fried. Staff were very apologetic and removed the cost of the food( quite rightly so as it was inedible) and gave us 2 cokes and a cocktail free. We ended up going to Greggs for food as it was that bad. I have stayed here a few times without complaint so I truly hope this is a one off and not a decline but to be honest doubt I’ll risk going there again. The one of our party that actually ate her food was very ill the next day and all through her flight until she had emptied her stomach then fine the next day…….. make your own conclusions. Hopefully it gets back to a decent standard but I’ll choose leonardos next time.

I popped in for breakfast with my dad, a little treat on his day off work. Everyone on shift was very allergy aware and catered for this very well with fresh cutlery and sauces, wiping the table down and providing a comprehensive allergy guide too. Food was cooked by the brilliant Manow. Truly one of the best breakfasts I've had and good for the price too as everything is unlimited.

We had a great experience with Vicki our server at the restaurant for our dinner. She’s paying attention in every details and explained well what we need to know. She happy to served despite of the busy evening. We are happy to have her at the restaurant !

Very nice hotel with excelent service :) Best option near the airport. Room are really clean and neat, also the staff is very helpfull. I had a great time there and I will be back for sure if I will have any business around East middlans. Good food as well.

Popped in for Breakfast with my friend, everything cooked from fresh, lovely and hot. Great range of continental food too. Fresh cutlery and great care for myself and my allergies.Well done Minow for your breakfast’s will visit again soon. X
